Five Guys — Restaurant in South Union Township

Pretty tasty burger. Fries were good and plentiful. But way overpriced. C'mon man its a burger not a steak. I shouldn't be spending nearly 20 dollars just to feed one person. I got a burger an order of fries and a soda and it was almost 20 bucks. I can expect that for two people perhaps but one person, nope. I wont be back. Also, there was probably six or more people in that kitchen and maybe three tables in the dining area and it still took over 10 minutes to get my order, way too long given the circumstances. The staff was also bordering on the rude side. I had some simple questions about their food as this was my first time visiting a Five Guys. Their responses were short and snarky like I was wasting their time. Also, the employees were listening to music in the kitchen, which is fine, but it was very loud and you could clearly hear the profanity in the music while in the dining area. Very unprofessional. Overall, not a pleasant experience. I'll take my $20 elsewhere in the future. Dine at...

I like a good homes style hamburger. So we gave five guy's a try. This location is very easily accessible just by the Uniontown mall. Plenty of parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful, being this was our first stop here. The free peanuts were Ok, but kinda set the tone that you were about to be served bar style food... The burger was really good, made to order and cooked fresh. The fries were not to bad. I prefer a very crispy fry. These were not crispy. The milkshake flavors you can work with were a nice touch. The interior of the place was clean and not very crowded. Over all it wasn't bad. Would of been a higher rating but the lack of crisp of the fries and the prices for the burger you get was a bit steep. I've enjoyed burger very similar or better than this at a little better price. But it's a far better burger than McDonald's, Burger King or Wendy's could ever make.. That being said I'd try it again, maybe skipping...

The food is always great. My favorite place to come for cheat meals. However, I'll walk out if the guy manager is in there. I've never seen someone publicly degrade their employees in front of customers. As a business owner, i'd never treat my employees that way even on the worst day. The girl manager is always a sweetheart, nothing bad to say about her. But, corporate needs to check on their management at the Uniontown location. I talked to a few of the employees outside afterwards, they all say it's nonstop and many employees quit because of the manager.
