Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in South Union Township

I love this place. I order every day so I'm kind of a regular because I'm a really picky eater. I think the smoothie and food deal is priced so amazingly. I will say my smoothie definitely tastes better some days when certain people make it and I saw another review saying that you can't pickup in the drive thru - that does suck. I'm a delivery driver and constantly running on my shift and my first few orders I clicked 'PICKUP IN DRIVE THRU'. No lol. Every time I went they say pickup is not in drive thru and it's an option in the app so I really don't understand that. But it's fine, it's a small inconvenience to get out and get it every day and some days the smoothie is a 5/10 but I still will continue eating here everyday because it's the only healthy place in Uniontown 🤣 every time I do go in, it also smells and looks so clean. I can't find a single thing to complain about. I was one of the first few customers to come in when they opened up. Everyone was polite, and friendly and made my day brighter with their warm demeanor, which is more than I can say about their competitors up and down Rt. 40

Second, the Food is amazing. The Bahama Mama is my Favorite, and everytime I have one, it makes my day better.

If there is a slimmer of hope that brings me joy, it's knowing this restaurant is up and running, with a good crew and God to watch over them. God bless these people.

Maybe I'll stop in soon and get some more smoothies before I move back to Centre County, I just hope the Restaurant in State College is just as good...

Order done entirely wrong. On two wraps the lettuce was rotten and the carrots were soft and slimy. I think they are stretching their produce past expiration dates. One wrap was missing ingredients. And two others had ingredients added to them that didn’t belong in them. The smoothies were off… it’s not that they made the wrong one, it’s like they are leaving out ingredients. We eat at the tropical smoothie in the pgh area regularly, this Uniontown location was just terrible. Check your order before you leave.
