Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in South Valley

THIS PLACE AND THE STAFF ARE COMPLETE AND TOTAL TRASH! They have a terrible attitude. The food taste of old grease. The skin is literally falling/dripping off the chicken. Meat taste - stale/semi-spoiled. There is garbage from the grey trash can overflowing all over the floor adjacent to where food is prepared! DISGUSTING!!!!!! Always anytime of day or night that you go you will find food and trash flour and chicken skin all over the FLOOOOOOR! EEEEEEEE! So unsanitary!!!! Made my children have diarrhea. I did not consume any thank goodness. They have no sides ready at 7pm on a Saturday night so this is obviously dinner time! They will then tell you to wait 10 mins for a side. No biscuits ready. The manager Marissa's attitude is way more trashy than the food! She and her young teenage staff (with their eyes so glazed over and glassy my child asked what is wrong with them? - clearly they are high)have a terrible attitude. Not any kind of customer service or empathy or courtesy for paying customers. Its so evident they just could care less about the food being handled and prepared in safe sanitary manner, nor do they have any manners. SMH! Deplorable! Disgusting! the staff are degenerates! Please just go past them to all the surrounding food places where they may have some food ready for your family at dinner time, may have employees who are not stoned and rude, and hopefully won't cause you to be ill from the nasty conditions where the food is prepared and kept. Bottom line: STAY AWAY! RUN...

Ordered a family meal, with Mac and cheese and coleslaw, at 8:30 tonight, place closes at 10, they said it will be a 20 minute wait, we said fine, guy cooking throws his hands in the air and starts slamming stuff. This is the SECOND time we have witnessed this guy do this, and are sick and tired of his attitude, if you don't like making chicken at a chicken place, go work somewhere else. At 9:55 people can still order a family meal, you close at 10, not 8:30, not 9:30, us buying the chicken during business hours pays for you to live. We did not get Mac and cheese, nor did we get coleslaw, we got mashed potatoes, the one thing we do not like, and did not order. This is about the 5th time they have messed up our order, it is no longer an accident, it's a pattern. I can only assume it's the guy with the bad attitude saying screw these people. Nobody answers the phone, so you get this review instead. Fix the issues. Get orders right. Fire the guy who hates his job, or have a good long talk to him. Church's makes chicken. When we order, we order a lot, and we do it before 9 o'clock out of respect for people trying to close down. We should not be treated this way. To night we decided to eat chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad, and we end up getting only mashed potatoes. They didn’t have any corn they didn’t give us the jalapeños we ordered and the coleslaw that they were supposed to give us was full of flower dough the chicken was not how we expected it to be and the service they gave us was so poor all the staff was very disrespectful and rude y’all need to do something about your staff .. wen we are paying for this food and for good service!!!
