This was my first time here. For the most part, my experience was okay except I didn't know how to grab donuts or pastries. I feel like there should be signs instructing customers what to do since no one on staff was able to tell me. Apparently you have to grab a tray and some tongs to grab what you need and take them to the register. By the time I got there at about 7:15 am, they were already out of donuts. I still asked for some donuts because I could see a guy making some in the back, but the chocolate wasn't set of course because they were making more, but they didn't even have a box in which to put my donuts in. I understand this is a Mexican bakery, but since the chocolate on my donuts weren't set yet, the chocolate was absorbed into the paper bag and wiped off. Read moreI went in for tamales, pastries, and menudo bread. Worst customer service from the cashier! I waited in line just like everyone else, cashier decided not to help me when it was my turn. She helped the couple behind me had me wait. I also waited for the tamales to be bagged and brought out to the front. Cashier looked at me and gave the tamales to a different customer. Never going back, I will drive to the main El Dorado Bakery on Gibson and 2nd. If I could give zero...

All donuts and simular pastries are 75 cents. They keep restocking the donuts throughout the morning. They have excellent sandwich rolls and fresh, home made flour tortillas that are wonderful. They have a slight service fee if you use a credit or debit card to pay, but that isn't an issue with me. Be advised that you might have a bit of a communication problem if you don't speak Spanish, but the people who work there are very nice. There is a strict mask...
