I have been to this location twice but am not likely to return. Walked in today and the girl didn't bother to say anything to me. She blankly stared at me for a few minutes and I figured she was waiting for something before greeting me but that wasn't the case. I finally gave her my order - 3 medium oreo iced capps and 1 mocha medium iced capp and 20 timbits. Girl said ok you can pay now and I paid but it seemed low. She came out with 1 oreo iced capp and the timbits, didn't offer to put whipped cream on it and just left me standing there. I called someone else over and explained I didn't get all my order. I had to pay for the rest of my order again and the lady didn't apologize. She only said it had been a difficult morning. Fine, but at least apologize. And maybe do something to make it right.
The last time I was there, the employees didn't seem to care to be there or care about the customers. It was the same this time and I am appalled. As I am in the food business myself, I know this is far below any standard out there. In addition to that, the kitchen was a disaster and the crew had dirty shirts.
The only good thing about that place is the seating is...
Read moreI've had to edit my review due to several bad experiences in the last 3 months. We have ordered the bacon, egg, cheese croissant four times. The first time, the croissant was slightly burnt, second time we got a half piece of bacon on each. The next two times I ordered extra bacon and received 1 1/2 pieces. Doesn't look like you're picture, but what food item ever does. The last time we ordered we threw it away, it had a bad taste. The French vanilla cappuccino also has made me sick the last two times I got it. I reached out to Tim Hortons and was told someone from the store would contact me. Its been 14 days. I can see by the comments others are having issues. Im not sure if service has gone down due to the good employees quitting or it's a management issue. I'm considering my options for coffee and a quick breakfast. Don't send me another email saying you will reach out to the...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous. This used to be our favorite go to for coffee and breakfast. We understand that sometimes employees have a bad day, or situations happen... I myself am in customer service... But when employees are blatantly rude and mock customers openly, I have to draw a line... We normally do not make complaints, when we do we never ask for free items or money back but always wish to inform a manager of what is going on so problems can be fixed... Every customer service driven manager would want to improve their store... But it seems this manager doesn't care at all! Nothing has been fixed with the employees attitudes and the food quality continues dropping. I would rather get the gross grocery store donuts for my kids than have to put up with the blatant disregard for appropriate customer service! Something...
