Just not good. We went on a Saturday at around 1pm and there was nothing going on. Immediately sat and greeted quickly by our server, who was pretty good. The food however was awful. It came out really fast which was almost a red flag. We got an appetizer platter with fried mushrooms, fried pickles, and mozzarella sticks (which was the only decent part of the meal). Rolls came out almost room temperature. My mom’s salad looked like salad from a bag - droopy and with no crunch. Her chicken was so dry she couldn’t finish it, and her rice was so over-cooked it was just mush. The squash casserole (which used to be delicious) had no flavor, and the yams were alright but they tasted like they came from a can and they went heavy on the cloves to cover it up. My steak and cheese sandwich had literally no flavor - the only flavor came from the toasted bread; the au jus that is served with it tastes like WATER. No flavor at all. I got the yams as well, which again just weren’t good. $40 for, as my mom put it, “food I wouldn’t even feed my dog, and I don’t even have a dog.” Also the restroom is very cramped and I doubt a wheelchair could even fit in the...

A really really average experience - which is a shame! Took my family here for Thanksgiving and was disappointed with both the wait staff and the quality of the food. I understand Thanksgiving is a touch day for anybody to work on but we arrived at 3.30Pm and the restaurant was only maybe a third full. The food was bland - think watery Kraft mac and cheese, the turkey almost non existent on my plate (literally two forks full of of scrappy shredded pieces) and the ham was the worst kind of fatty processed cheap meat you could imagine - it had a consistency similar to Bologna.

There were no shortage of bus boys and waiters 'hanging out' by the bathrooms laughing and joking around so we were confused as to why we had to wait so long to get any kind of attention from our waiter. Rather than clear our table after the entree we were simply server our deserts among all the dirty dishes. We were offered no clean cutlery for dessert...

Left feeling disappointed. The quality of the food was poor and what should have been a fun family Thanksgiving Dinner was one of our least favorite dining experiences of the year. We won't...

TODAY, MY CHURCH FAMILY AND I VISITED DALE'S FOR THE SECOND TIME , THE FIRST TIME WAS GOOD,BUT, TODAY WAS AWFUL. THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS MELISSA AND THE SERVER WAS SHELLY. WE ARRIVED THERE AROUND 12:05 AND WE WE WERE NOT SEATED UNTIL 12:45 OR SO, FOOD WAS SERVED AFTER 2PM, THERE WERE PEOPLE WHO CAME IN AFTER WE WERE SEATED, AND HAD EATEN AND LEFT WHILE WE WERE STILL WAITING ON FOOD TO BE DELIVERED TO OUR TABLE! I SPOKE WITH MELISSA AND SHE TOLD ME THAT THE REASON IT TOOK SO LONG WAS BECAUSE THE BURGERS WERE BEING COOKED WELL DONE, I MAKE BURGERS AT HOME WELL DONE A HUNDRED TIMES AND IT HAS NEVER TAKEN THAT AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS FURIOUS BUT REMAINED CALM AND PAID MY BILL AND ASK FOR A BILL ADJUSTMENT DUE TO THE OBVIOUS REASONS, WHICH WAS DENIED BY MELISSA THE MANAGER, HER ATTITUDE AND LACK OF CONCERN WAS UNCANDIED. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE BACK DUE TO THE WAY WE WERE HANDLED TODAY AND I WILL BE PASSING THE WORD AS WELL. I DO DESIRE THAT SOMEONE WILL REACH OUT TO ME AND CONTACT IN REGARDS TO MY VISIT TODAY...

Family friendly type restaurant. Great food with southern options. Very tasty. Needs more toilets in the men's restroom. One toilet is not enough for a restaurant this size. Revisit this great restaurant every other Friday fantastic catfish. Family friendly. Best food on Main St. / Stateline rd. And still very open. Great potato skins Updated June 20 2025 Still very good food. New ownership same menu with some tweaks here and there. The entrance and exit has changed along with the parking area due to a drive through added for quick pick up. Better signage of the new exits and entrance maybe brighter markings on the new concrete. Seating is plenty. Food is excellent. New management send to be very interested in keeping things friendly and nice just the way Mr Dale Graham always did. Happy to see this place still here. I’ve been coming here since the early 1990s.
