Big Lots — Local services in Southaven

Very nice easy going employees while still being professional. Store itself was clean & neat. Hadn't been in few years gotten more diverse spread of products. I really like outdoor stuff a little too high priced for my budget. But still looked awesome, there's a triple wide umbrella getting for sure. Wish the wide/snuggle recliner was cheaper, too, (sorry, honestly I didn't pay that much for my first car). Or maybe, had layaway plan. (No fees please, if decide do one.) I went for the set of springform pans ended up with other other baking pans, a smaller mixer, towels, pillows, and a memory foam mattress topper (not for me). I had to take the topper back, because it was dirty. I had no issues. Got home with the 2nd one and it had a dime size piece of foam missing. I'm thinking SERIOUSLY????? It was a surprise, so there was no way I was making a 3rd trip. My surprise ended up being ruined, because my mom found out...but her and my dad said they didn't remember falling asleep and...

This is the worst store ever for customer service. I waited at the counter in the furniture department for 5 minutes and then asked for service and it still took another 10 minutes before they called someone to assist with the purchase. Needless to say 10 minutes later no one showed up and I walked out of the store and took the CASH I was spending on a living room and dining room outfit with me. I refuse to be ignored when I am trying to pay cash for the product. I will NEVER go to this...
