Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Southaven

They don't deserve a star !! Once again this place. SMH I go place my order, my food comes out. 2 #4's and #11 5 pc chicken tender dinner, 2 Medium orders of mozzarella sticks. Only 1 order of mozzarella sticks (should've been 2) Sends me out a box with HARD tater tots stale toast and stale onion ring. ( NO CHICKEN TENDERS ) THE bacon cheeseburger on Texas toast that come with an onion ring on the sandwich Was Not on either sandwiches. So the young lady comes to get the order takes the No chicken tender dinner back, I asked for fresh tots because they were hard. Didnt take the Whole order only an item or two back. Then Comes back with the Same box with an added stale order of 4 chicken tenders. And the other order of mozzarella sticks. Ok then I say the sandwiches aren't correct either. She takes them back like, she's just grabbing a few things at a time and walking back off so fast. When she come back again she with the sandwiches they looked fresh and new sandwiches. But it was taking so long so I pushed the button and asked for a Refund. The manager only wanted to refund the chicken dinner and not the whole order. This place Sucks the Manger doesn't seem to know how to treat his customers. If you have a customer that has that many issues with one order you should be apologetic and rectify the issue. By a refund or atleast came out to the customer to find out what's going on or something Jason the Manager did nothing. NEED NEW MANAGEMENT his only concern was getting money not about the customers that come there to spend their money... corporate needs to hear...

Whatever you do never eat there it is dangerous to your health. I took a look at the kitchen and food was thrown everywhere grease splatters roach on the floor from what I heard say about an employee. And then I asked the employee on her way out with my sonic blast to put it in a bag she said I was yelling at her and that nobody told her on the microphone to put it in a bag and went back in and had somebody else a white girl bring it out who got smart with me so I was yelling at her and I was trying to save her a few steps because all the noise in the background I figured she couldn't hear me. Where are they getting these stupid people from off the street or are they ex-convicts in criminals. Place just nasty screens all dirty what you place your order .The 😡 mad or to take her on the mic out of poor attitude kept asking me what do you say what did you say what did you say. Most of the screens are broke so you got to keep pulling out of a bay going to another stream looking for one that's working. It's just disgusting Don't waste your time it took them forever to bring out a cold order of cold food cold onion rings cold sandwich. I returned it for a refund I never go there again...

This was the worst experience ever ever at this sonic in soat 1189 Main street. I ordered 3 cheeseburgers, 2 drinks. And 2 foot long colonies. The meat was totally burnt on the opposite side toward the bone. Black blackbird and we could not eat our meal. We tried to call sonic to inform them that I knew it was not good. The drinks were flat and we at route 44 Dr. Pepper. And we had a slush route 44 both. I have never had this type of experience. They got the telephone off. The hook and it's been off the hook since yesterday this morning and still is offul now. Lyric, Washington online order was the 2 extra lounge cheese cones that was burnt and could not be eaten.And the slush that was on her order.And she is currently at a Doctor's appointment.So I could not give the order number. I had to call corporate on u R's establishment because you got your phone off. The hook and calls are not getting called in to report to management. Something needs to be done about this...
