Today Wednesday May 28th at approximately 3:03 p.m (I'm stating the time in hopes someone who cares can watch the video)I received what i can only say was the most down right treatment and behavior i have ever experienced,borderline the R wordThis afternooni walked intothis tacobell uponentering i went to the bathroom washed my hands the soap dispenser wigging out by continuously leaking soap, so i hadmade a mental note to mention it, as I was coming down Hallway I notice a female employee sitting at a table looking at her phone and thought to myself she's on break don't worry her with bathroom stuff,I turned to counter and saw they had 2 kiosks for orders,having lived 48 years on this planet and having countless trips to fast food joints,oh and because I'm of average intelligence I new this is where I would be placing my order,I saw a woman behind the counter I went to mention the soap dispenser when we made eye contact but as soon as we did she looked down and shuffled behind the counter where I couldn't see her,I thought no harm no fool it's not my bathroom anyways, I then opened kiosk to place my order but I didn't see just a plain beef burrito on the menu, I then approached the counter,the same lady that did the electric slide to avoid me was making a order so I slid where she could see me and ask"Is there just a plain beef burrito "I spoke in my normal tone and was kind,instead of sliding away she looked down and pretend I wasn't there,at that time there was a young Man walking past in the back by the sink he made eye contact and I this time "do yall have just a plain beef burrito"again in my normal voice with no expression other then genuinely asking a question, He then made a frown and turned facing the sink,he paused for a second,I can only believe he was processing and realizing that I was a normal guy just being a customer,then he turned and walked towards me I made sure to smile and be positive as he approached, I get it the service industry is hard and alot of dillholes out there,once he got to the counter he said,"What did you say" with the same questioning look as I had previously, at that moment Sylvia SLIDEestine,who to that point looked at me like she was Stevie Wonder,as if I wasn't there,said oh and without looking at me "Tell him someone will be up there when they get time"His expression changed back to frown,I look at her and for 1st time she made eye contact frowned and looked away,when I looked back in front of me the young man was walking away, I turned towards dining area the young lady on break head remained down,I then looked at kiosk and luckily by doing that the door became in my line of sight and so happens to face a Sonic,I never said a thing made a face or anything really,i guess I was in shock,I just faced the door and got out of there as fast as I could, I like to think I leave very grounded and honest reviews and most of all fair,I had to give the food and atmosphere 1's for the simple fact I didn't get to experience them,I'm leaving this review reaches someone who address some serious issues,I had to take this route because if you call nobody answers or they lie to you just something else, I'll leave with this,Even if that's how you've been treated or are treated as a person,as a human being yourself, your ok treating someone that way? And if thats the kinda character and beliefs they promote at this location, I'll pass and I suggest you do as well!...
Read moreI just left there as I type. The advertise a rock star freeze that is new and also a happy hour item from 2to5. However its not happy hour so its full price 2.39. I ordered 2 hard taco and rock star blast total is 5.36 I pull up and she tells me we dont have rock star freeze the machine is down would you like a baha freeze I said no thank you she asked if I wanted a drink I said no just the 2 tacos if you are out of the freeze. She has my debit card already. Now i have alerts on my phone that as soon as its swiped I will recieve a text in which I did for 5.36 I asked the girl if she still charged me for the freeze she said no so i asked her for a reciept she looks puzzled confused something and ask the girl next to her how do you reprint the last reciept and all she kept saying was huh she had no clue either. I know its only 2 dollar and change but come on do not advertise for something you do not have and still charge for it. No employee at that window has a clue what to do which has me to think what is the manager doing. I manage a restaurant my self and as soon as anything happens in my restaurant that my employee does not know how to do they immediately get me or the next manager and before they start there shift they are brought up to speed on what items we are out on the menu. Read moreThe employee working the window tonight ( Tuesday December 19 2023 at 1:20 AM) is amazing! They absolutely made my week. They were so close to closing time but still had a kind, professional, positive attitude and were so accommodating even though the establishment had ran out of many things by that point. One of the best experiences and best dinners I’ve had in a while. Acts of kindness make a huge impact and not everybody realizes this or lives by this truth, but the employee at the window surely does. Also whoever prepared the food, which I’m pretty sure the employee at the window assisted with because they had to leave the window to walk back to the line. I pray they are blessed and have a Merry Christmas because I really needed this tonight/early morning (about 1:20 AM) and it was so refreshing to be treated so kindly even when they were close to closing time. 5 stars all around!!!!! Wish I knew the employee’s name. I have been there before while they were working and it is always a great experience. I will most definitely be back and will catch the name of the employee next time so that I can give adequate appreciate and hopefully see if there is a survey I can fill out so that they’ll get the credit and acknowledgment they deserve.
