West Coast Burrito — Restaurant in Southaven

This was my first time supporting this restaurant. I just happened to have an extended lunch break and decided to stop by since my mom has given them a great review. I am glad I stopped the food was delicious, fresh and hot ! While writing this review I actually am sitting in line as we speak. The cheese dip is a bit loose as far as the consistency of it but it still had a great flavor , it could be a bit thicker from my point of view. Also finally a Mexican spot i can taste the salt on the chips when eating the salsa; the chips where hot and fresh as well. The owner was very nice when I arrived at the window.

Today I am ordering wings along with the shrimp chimichanga and fish tacos for my mom and daughter. Will update on how those...

I've been coming to this restaurant since they started on Goodman. Today, it was terrible. Maybe it was the language barrier but i left empty handed and under the impression they don't have proper staff. The attendant even stated "I don't know why you're laughing.", in which i responded with, "I've never had sick a hard time placing an order. I called at first and we couldn't get on 1 page, so I went over. No one at the drive thru, attempted to go in and lobby was locked. Called back and the clerk then states he was trying to get to the drive thru and i left but pull back around. Mind you, you have to pull onto the street crossing traffic, then cross back over. Definitely not the best experience and will be a while before I go back,...

This was the 1ST time in a long time that you finally made my fish tacos CORRECTLY. WHO EVER WAS WORKING ON 9/6/24 YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO A TEAM MEETING AND THEY NEED TO TEACH EVERYONE HOW TO COOK. My food was FANTASTIC, and they put WHOLE fish filets in my tacos. Asking ppl to PAY also 10$ for a tacos with just pieces of fish is just horrible. We should be getting full filets every time. YOU WENT UP ON YOUR PRICING BUT NOT THE QUALITY. I guess I got LUCKY on that day. It's a SHAME you're skimping on the food, but raise the prices. I'll only return when that individual is WORKING. Again, the food was FANTASTIC, and don't mind PAYING FOR QUALITY. Again, who ever was cooking on 9/6/24. Let me know so...
