Rise Pies — Restaurant in Southaven

Pizza and salad are delicious but the staff.....horrible!!!!!!! First- they have no manager on duty to watch over the disrespectful teenagers that are "working" but in reality they're just standing around doing nothing. The pizza is very yummy. The bathrooms...it's only one person stall so not so good and this afternoon I had a very horrible incident. One of the female employees used the bathroom and locked it for about 15 minutes causing a customer with her child to go into the only bathroom available..the men's bathroom. I was finishing up eating at the table near by and I had watched the female employee still in the bathroom...then she lets this male employee in the bathroom with her. They stay in there for about 5 minutes, he gets out and then my toddler boy wants to use the bathroom..while she remains in the bathroom and the male employee gets in the bathroom with her again but this time they stay there 10 minutes. My boy can't wait lo her for the bathroom and I go over to knock on the bathroom door so she can know that customers are needing the bathroom. No answer, so I knock harder the second time and her and the male employee open the bathroom room with the female raising her voice at me screaming "can't you tell I'm in here" so this really makes me angry...I tell her about the other women who had to use the men's bathroom and that I've been watching her and him stay in that bathroom together for more than 30 minutes that it is not fair and that she needs to let me and my boy use it. We get into an altercation and at the end she call me a "hoe"!!!! Again...NO manager on site, she gets no write up and she NEVER apologized for getting an attitude with me a customer for the wrong she was doing. How many rules does she have to break to get fired?? I will be calling bank to speak to a manager so this issue...

First and last time eating at this establishment. Might I make the suggestion to use the restroom and see first hand before ordering your pizza. This place is disgusting and the employees are incredibly rude. Spent 5 minutes at the front counter before the staff got done arguing and decided who was going to take our order. One of the associates begins to make our pizzas and then just walks away to the dough machine and begins prepping more dough for other pizzas. The kitchen being in such disarray should have been my first red flag. So continue on, we get our pizza order in and go find seats. 2 more workers appear out of nowhere and began to complain to the only girl that seemed to be doing her job, and asked her why she allowed us to sit in a section that they had deemed closed with a wet floor sign. Then as they begin to argue openly in front of other customers, I make the suggestion they should do better at marking off the section if they so choose to not want people to dine there 2 hours prior to closing. I address my concern and told them this would be my last time dining here, at which point the lazy girl working behind the counter said she "didn't care what we thought and that it didn't matter, they already had our money". Bold words for a recently opened establishment in such a difficult economy... that is exactly the type of work ethic to have. The restaurant is disgusting, pizza is overpriced and not of quality for a $15 pizza, and the staff made sure this will be the last time I spend a single cent of my hard earned money at such a poor excuse of a food...

My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time together, my first time, shes been a few times and has been treated with respect and have always had a great experience here UNTIL TONIGHT, 12/6/24 around 6:50pm. I was very disappointed and uncomfortable when we walked in and were treated with a racist attitude, when we did absolutely nothing, since it was my first time eating here she was bragging to me before we walked in and she felt so bad once we walked in and got treated that way. We are not racist people by all means, we treat everyone equally because that’s how we would like to be treated. But, we have never felt this way with anywhere we have gone. I know we were not making it up because the next person that walked in was the same color as her and she was all sweet and complimenting him along with using her manners, such as hello, how are you, yes sir, and you’re welcome. We did not once get any type of manner, just an attitude and everything slammed around while making our pizza, even slamming the boxes down once our pizzas were done. The guy that was with her tonight did just fine, it seemed as if he was training because he was watching her make the pizza and mimicking her like he was still getting a hang of things, which is fine. Only thing he seemed frustrated about was her. The girl with the glasses and curly hair made us never want to...
