If I could rate this place in the negative, I most definitely would!!!!
Came in from out of town, made a quick stop to get something to eat. I ordered the Chicken Chalupa Meal, swapped out the regular taco for a Dorito Loco taco& added a bacon ranch chalupa. My partner ordered 2 Chalupas supreme, no tomatoes, 2 soft tacos supreme, no tomatoes & a nacho cheese Chalupa, no tomatoes.
We get back to our room & we have 3 more Doritos tacos than we ordered and was missing the 2 chalupa supremes. And that they never substituted the regular taco for the Doritos tacos but added it to the bill as an extra. Naturally, very upset & tired from traveling from St. Louis, we go back to Taco Bell. We stood at the counter for several mins. Before someone asked what we needed. I told her our order was missing food & had food we didn’t order & everything that was ordered without tomatoes, had tomatoes on them. She said ok, and that was it. A young man, I’m assuming the Manager, comes up and asks how can he help?
We told him our order was wrong & what we had added & what missing, & things that were ordered without tomatoes had tomatoes on them just as explained to the previous young lady.
Gave him the receipt and the bag. This man never even looked at the receipt long enough to compare it to the food in the bag. He then proceeded to remove 2 items from the bag & walked away, not providing us any update as to what he was doing. He came back with the 2 Chalupas & Nacho cheese Chalupa, basically tossed it on the counter at us and said y’all good now.
There was never any empathy nor an apology for messing up the order in the 1st place. Nothing offered for the inconvenience of having to return the incorrect order.
Not to mention, when we got back to our room, we realized the Manager had taken 1of the Chicken Chalupas that came with my combo & the extra Bacon Ranch Chalupa, leaving me with 1 Chicken Chalupa & 4 Doritos Locos Tacos.
We were too tired to even go back a 2nd time. We also didn’t want that feeling or be treated as if it was our fault that our order was incorrect.

Read morethe food is usually good so no hate here. but the ppl they got working there honestly dont care about all the items they make or they just forget stuff. and it wouldn’t be a problem if this didn’t happen all the time but it does. they stay forgetting stuff. notorious for it honestly. now i could just go back in line and ask for it again and leave it at that. but they do it pretty much all the time. im sorry to anyone this offends but how can someone just not check the order they make to make sure everything is there? is it because you feel like you get underpaid? then dont work there. and the managers should be on top of this too. ive been in the fas food industry for 5 years now and i can say i definitely have forgotten stuff but i always notice it before i give the customer their food because i always double check. today i got a meal ordering online, got everything with it except the chips. now its not a big deal since its just chips, but they still put the nacho cheese sauce in and just completely forgot about the chips. like… what? you get nacho cheese sauce with chips… you dont get it with a burrito unless you added it on the side. and that i definitely did not do. so im just wondering whats going on here. im sure they dont get all orders wrong so i wouldn’t say dont go here but, just be weary of your order always check before you leave. in this situation i had someone pick the food up for me so i couldn’t actively do it myself but, it is really not hard to do such a simple task that they even...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible customer service. The lady at the window had absolutely no manners she was not too polite did not say one word to me. Every time I asked her for the two different types of sauce which was mild and hot she rolled her eyes and only brought me one apiece. They forgot to put in to of the tacos that I ordered in the bag. I was not given a receipt which was my fault I should have went back around and got a receipt. Had to drive back up there. The lady that took my order was no longer there she was on break. Once she got back she denied taking three different transactions at the drive-thru which she did, which was most likely why she did not give me my receipts because it would have been three different receipts period which comma would have been proof of three different orders through the drive-thru. When I went back to get my tacos that we're not in the bag the manager said we are not allowed to take three different orders at the drive-thru she denied it and I had no proof because I did not have my receipt but I did have bank statements to show. So I was able to prove it luckily. Horrible service horrible horrible. When they called out your number 295 he had ordered 295 I said 295. Somebody order 295 who had 295 period not even giving the polite to senior citizens one minute to stand up from their table to go receive their food.
