I drove to two places to try and get doughnuts for my family on July 4th because of the coupon I received for that day. They didnât have hardly any doughnuts but they did have chocolate glazed. So I asked if they would honor their coupon anyway If I buy a dozen could I have the other for what the coupon offer was. The manager wouldnât even come out to speak with me the employee went back to ask and of course they said NO. WHOS FAULT IS IT THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE GLAZED. we all know so you think they would help there customer and honor the coupon no not this manager or this store because they donât care itâs not there place of business. THEY REALLY WISH YOU DIDNT EVEN COME THAT STORE SO THEY COULD KEEP PLAYING GAMES ON THERE PHONE. when I walked in there was an employee sitting on a box eating a doughnut and playing on there phone while I waited for some time before they even acknowledged me. Absolutely disgusting. I would hate to own a business In this area because the clientele that works in these places are lazy and ignorant. I wouldnât give...

When I said the price of $17.88 seemed steep, he said he saved me $7. by charging me a special way. All while likely knowing some, or all, of the Kreme filled were bogus goods. I felt scammed, therefore no 2nd chances. Today, from what Iâve experienced or later read, this once iconic Memphis franchise has hit rock bottom. Sadly, the great donuts, of decades past, seem...
Read moreI didn't know they had a Krispy Kreme in the Tanger Outlet. So imagine my surprise when I saw it. I walked and order a dozen glaze doughnuts. Glad I walked in at the time I did because the place filled up quickly before I got my order. Around 6 people were waiting in line.
I'm not a fan of the new design of the store. It looks more coffee shop Starbucks-ish. If I wanted Starbucks I would go to Starbucks. Doughnut shops have a certain appeal to them not Starbucks. Every Krispy Kreme I've been to in there area has a viewing area that you can see the doughnuts being made.
This one tries to be like a coffee shop or Dunkin Doughnuts. Please stop Krispy before...
