I would give 0 starts if I could. I've only been to this location a small handful of times but my last two visits were very frustrating.
On one of my visits, I was buying 4 drinks which means I needed the to-go drink carrier. Normally they automatically do that for you, this guy did not. I went to grab one myself since it was sitting out for you to grab if needed but when I went to grab one, he ripped it out of my hand & said, DON'T TOUCH THESE! which caused him to knock over my drink and spill some of it. I picked up my own drink and wiped it off. I knew I would probably end up throwing my drink at him if I said any thing so I left and called the manager after while I was in the parking lot.
My most recent visit, we all know that mask mandates have been lifted including in Starbucks locations - My mom and I walked into the Starbucks. My mom cannot wear a mask due to health issues and PTSD from the military where she had been forced to have a covered face for a long time. They said "you need a mask or we cannot serve you" - I noticed one barista had her mask under her nose. They told me we needed masks because they have employees with compromised immune systems. My mom waited outside and I placed my mask under my nose JUST to see what they would say..... they took my order ? Wearing your mask under your nose is the same as not wearing one! They were clearly to stupid to comprehend this simple fact though. When I ordered my drink, a disgusting little girl behind the counter said "I'm allergic to peppermint so I can't make her drink" ...... So I asked the manager, since this little one is deathly allergic to my order and her mask is also below her nose, I will be taking my mask off too. You seemed so concerned about your employees yet your own employees isn't properly wearing her own...
Read moreI have been coming to this location for 3 months almost since I started my new job this location is on my commute. I ordered through the drive through at first & the staff was SOOO friendly big smiles every day. I’ve been ordering on the app so I can get the points for about a week now & it seems like the staff is aggravated by this they don’t seem very happy to check my order in at the speaker & I don’t get the same warm smiles & greeting when I get to the window. Today I was not only disappointed w the lack of customer service but my drink was plain espresso with milk & plain cold foam. I never had any issues before I started ordering on the app. I’m not sure what the issue is but I’ll be stopping at the location in hernando from now on hopefully they have no prejudice towards app...
Read moreNormally I don’t do this but I am not happy with this location. I always go here so I’m a regular customer to them and they know my name. I placed a mobile order 15 minutes before I got there , and when I arrived it wasn’t ready, which was fine. But the fact that I waited 40 minutes after I arrived and still didn’t get my order, infuriates me. I even went up to one of the baristas and tried to see if it was gonna take any longer, and she just starred at me and said nothing. People who had just ordered got there’s before me. By this time I was already late for work and I had to go. So I got nothing. I tried to call today, but they don’t even have a phone that works. So guess I lost $13 and two drinks.
