3 Guys Pizza in Southaven is my go to pizza, especially when my grandchildren. Normally spend close to $200.00 a month on great tasting food. However, I was shocked at the treatment I received from a young man, early 20's with dark hair, at the register on 4/17/25. I had placed an order for a large medium boneless wings and a large cheese pizza. Order comes out, wings are fine, but pizza is a large pepperoni. I told this same young man, the wings are fine, but the pizza is wrong. My wife ordered a large cheese pizza. He proceeds to tell me that I am wrong, that she ordered a pepperoni pizza. What? Again, I told him I heard what she said on the phone who took the order on the phone 20 minutes ago, as did my grandchild in the car. He proceeds to go and get the person who took the order, Haley, still giving me an argument. I know these people at this establishment recognize me as I am 6"7 who comes there all the time. Haley comes out and the young man proceeds to tell her "How Do You Want to Handle This" right in front of the customer. How Do You Want to Handle This, saying that in front of a customer when there is a issue is completely unacceptable. Haley was standing there actually listening to this young man plead his case. I even went as far as going back out to the car to ask my wife if she was sure she ordered a cheese pizza. Yeah, I heard it right the first time. How embarrassing! My wife calls from the car, explaining the situation above, Haley offers the pepperoni pizza for free in addition to making us a fresh new cheese pizza. My wife rightfully refuses, as we are not out to scam anyone, just straight up what you order business. As I walked back in from talking to my wife about the situation, I noticed the same young man, not talking to me trying to make amends on a bad situation, but just looking at his phone shaking his head. This young man does not belong in your establishment, as your service and food had always been excellent. Put him in the employment line. If I had not had my grandchildren waiting for dinner, I would have filed a formal complaint inside and gave him sermon on humility, something he needs. I think I will make Pizza Hut my got...
Read moreWe have gone here many times with our entire family and spent $100+ each time. Unfortunately the past few times we’ve stopped in, we’ve seen a decline in the quality of service including last night. We ordered 3 pizzas and a large order of wings. We got 2 our pizzas about an hour after we ordered and the 3rd about 20 minutes later. We had to ask about the wings. The food was descent.
While our server was very kind and apologetic, it’s still a bummer to try to quell unhappy, hungry kids. They was nothing from the manager. There were only 2 other tables in the restaurant(which came in after us and we’re served well ahead of us) and 5 people working.
Turns out they had given all our pizzas to a take out customer and we heard nothing from the manager. He took $10 off the $200 bill. It was Moms birthday.
Unfortunately this business has lost a once very loyal entire family...
Read moreI recall having a pizza from Three Guys approximately a decade ago, and at that time, I made a personal vow never to return. The experience simply did not meet my expectations. However, after reading a review on Facebook by a local video reviewer, who praised the pizza, I decided to give it another try. I must confess, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was prepared exactly as I had requested, with extra cheese, and the sauce tasted wonderful. I have no complaints whatsoever. Therefore, I must admit I was mistaken, and Three Guys pizza is something I would happily enjoy again and again. If the owners happen to read this, I offer my sincere compliments, gentlemen, for a job well done and a truly delicious...
