Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Southaven

When I go to this particular Sonic on Church Rd in Horn Lake I always ask for a blast. Well at first I would ask for the cookie dough blast but there would be two or three pieces of cookie dough in it. Then on another visit I asked for extra cookie dough and there was still only 3 or 4 pieces in it. They are very very skimpy on adding the ingredients that comes with the average blasts. They give you just ice cream with hardly any of the ingredients such as cookie dough, or oreo pieces. Even when your willing to pay for extra. They are extremely skimpy on the ingredients that goes with the blast. Now this has happened at this location, because it's close to my house, multiple times. You do not get what you pay for. The service is good but as far as their deserts that's a big fail. The hamburgers are very bad I will never order another burger from any sonic period. After year's of going to this same Sonic on Church Rd and to watch them slowly go down hill I have decided this is my last visit. Your not getting your money's worth, and the pictures of the blasts on their menu loaded down with ingredients is not what you will get. What you see is not what you're going to get. Service is great. The young ladies are great but the product is not what it used to be. You just get a cup of ice cream with a piece or two of oreos or cookie dough. Good service does not...

HORRIBLE Customer service. I ordered 4 XL cups of ice and the bell hop handed me 4 large cups of ice. I got out to explain that this wasn’t correct and attempted to hand the bell hop the ice back and she said to set the ice down and she would get it. She explained that I paid for large cups of ice and would need to pay the difference. I told her that was fine I would pay the difference (even though they placed the order incorrectly).I had to ring the bell again for them to notice that I was still waiting for my order. When the same bell hop came back to the car she asked for the additional change which I provided. When the bell hop skated away she says “ I hope u have a better day”. I contacted the store and asked to speak with the manager to explain what happened and the manager on duty (Jordan) got on the phone she said that her bell hop told her that I threw the ice at her and refused to apologize for HER employee’s behavior. I just explained to the manager that I did not throw anything and Jordan dismissed the entire conversation and simply said Ma’am have a good day and hung up the phone. I used the mobile app to place my order. Went to pick it up and took it home to find that all of our entrees were missing and we only received what looked to be a chili tot and fries. I went back to get our burgers and was then met with horrible customer service and downright rudeness. They came to my car a total of 4 times to make sure that I was missing all the items that I was saying I was missing. The final time, the look and sounds that the crew member made said that she didn't believe me at all. Finally after 40 minutes, they decided to give me my entrees. Got home and realized that the "chili tots" I thought were in my order ended up really being chili cheese hot dogs, so all together I received someone else's order entirely and someone else received mine. I was disrespected and discriminated against and essentially called a liar with the multiple times that they felt they needed to come to my car to verify that I was missing something.
