They’ve been redoing the store so things have been in disarray for awhile which is expected. I came in today and the store looked great. But the first thing I noticed was that not a single item was priced. That was perturbing for someone who is, ya know, shopping. But I figured it was just due to the remodeling. I gathered my things and asked the check out person if she knew when they would put prices back on their products. She gave me a side eye and a sweet voice and said, “we don’t do that here”. I’m confused at this point. You don’t do what? Advertise your pricing? Now she did say they had a single counter with a price scan - which I guess is kind of high tech. Until you have a store full of ppl and a line at said scanner. Which could be a little sneaky because in this fast paced world - who is gonna do that? And who is gonna get to the counter and make a fuss when the pressure is on to just pay whatever price and leave. Me is who is guess. I find myself often wanting to try new products for myself and my people and shy away from it due to not being able to compare prices and make the decision for myself before checking out. I found it to be a super uncomfortable shopping experience. I got my $250 in product which is all that matters I suppose. One star was for the inconvenience of not providing pricing on your products and for the condescending tone of the check out person over me asking in the...
