I am so disappointed! I love the food here but there comes a time when you must stand on principal which is why I will never go back . I ordered seven meals for seven different coworkers.I paid for it all on my CC later to be reimbursed. I was given one single serving bag of chips for all seven orders. The exact same portion when I’m ordering a single meal for myself. When I brought it to their attention I was told I get one bag per order?? she also told me it’s like that in all Mexican restaurants, even Moe’s will ask how many bags of chips do you want. I tried to explain it’s not one order it’s seven orders. The fact that you would stand your ground and refuse to give me chips for each of my orders was not worth losing a customer. It also wasn’t worth my time trying to reason with you. You were clearly wrong. I requested my $11 tip back and went to Lowe’s and brought a $4 bag of chips. Good birria taco platter(let me update this and say it is an awesome birria taco with spectacular au jus). I could have done without the ubiquitous rice and beans, but meh. The tacos were quite good(update: some of the best ive tried!), and the condiment bar, although depleted by a lunch crowd, is awesome However I did not find anything that was not spiced for gringo-lite. I wanted a little heat. If you ask nicely they can make you a side of chilles torreados, but an add on of the grilled small onions would have made it a little better.
