This used to be my favorite spot for a treat. Not anymore. The smoothies are rarely now made correctly (there's often chunks of fruit still in it) or items missing altogether and it seems as though they may be severely understaffed. Today I ordered two smoothies ahead of time which was estimated to take a total of 25 minutes. After checking in with the girl at the counter (mind you it was during a rush) we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes, for a total of about 50 minutes for two smoothies. Everyone who came after us were served. I do feel for the staff but it seems mismanaged all around. Maybe have three people there during RUSH hour on a Saturday - or the manager. Maybe train people to make the drinks consistently. Either way my partner and I will not...
