I ordered a pizza and asked for light sauce. When I got home with it, it had no sauce at all. Chris offered to remake it after he first made it known that he thought I was lying and had eaten the pizza by asking me to bring the pizza back the next day. Anyway my pizza was re-made and I ordered two additional pizzas for my mom.
We left to run errands and when we returned, he had added the hut crust which I told him that my mom doesn’t eat garlic. He basically went back and forth with me instead of offering to make her pizza over without the hut crust. Had I been asked how I wanted the crust, I would’ve told them regular crust. Chris then goes to tell me that all the hand tossed pizzas comes with hut crust which is definitely a lie. Anyway the pizza was horrible. Children love pizza and my younger nieces and nephews didn’t even want it.
I also love their buffalo wings. A few weeks ago, I ordered two orders of them. I like my wings kind of saucy so I requested extra sauce and Chris wanted to charge me 70 cents per order for sauce. I can understand in a way that there’s a charge for sauce but 70 cents? When I declined the extra sauce, I got two an 8 piece wings with less sauce than normal. Some of the wings didn’t even have sauce. Yet, he told me it’s a matter of shaking it up. Really? I ordered buffalo wings. Do I have to prepare it as well?
Chris is always in this store. I’m unsure if he’s a manager but I definitely hope not. He is giving this store a bad rep. Everyone else seems so kind. On another note, the wings are great. I wouldn’t recommend the pizza. Chris does a horrible job with pizzas and it seems that he’s always the cook. He even tries to run the register from the back. If you don’t trust the people you’ve hired, why not run the store yourself.
I really think Pizza Hut will be closing the same as the last location if Chris doesn’t get it together. He won’t have much business...
Read moreI really dont leave reviews often but this.. so 2/22 I ordered for delivery @8:18 mentioned the room number of the hotel I was staying. I got a call from my driver saying she was pulling into my hotel. Kept checking my door and no food. Called store and it was my driver saying both of i delivered it and left it at your door, then said ohh it was that hotel. Then I asked directly if she delivered it there “insert hotel name” and she gave me a very confusing answer. I get it ok, people make mistakes. Gave her the benefit of the doubt.
But what really got me was the driver was redelivering my food and left some of it at the front desk… got my pizza melt thing with no sauce and no wings. Called the store again(it was 10:00) they said oh shes bringing the rest of your food and sauce now… like what… so I was done at that point I didnt want any of it. And they gave me a refund, which i guess...
Read moreOur order took over 2 hours to come to our house, for one pizza and breadsticks. Our pizza was delivered incorrectly and when we tried to call and get our order remade the manager would not speak to us on the phone for 18 minutes. Then when she did speak with us she was rude and didn't offer anything. Not even an apology. I called and asked for the managers name and the employees were laughing and would not give out personal information. I would understand if I asked for her first and last name, or her phone number but no. I asked for her first name and was refused. This place is pathetic and needs a change in management. I will never order here and it's a shame I used to order pizza from here for every employee meeting I had. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid here...
