First time visiting here. Haven't ate here in a while so decided to try it since we don't have 1 by us... and we heard it was new....
Place has bad customer service. Vibe is weird in there. We were not greeted even though they had a lot of workers, more than an average fast food spot & 3 of them were just standing at register talking. Then after an awkward pause... one of them asked the other "are you on the register?" (Still not greeted) He said yeah and she was like ok we got customers then looked at me then the dude looked at her crazy and she looked him crazy back like "what u gone do about it?" Then she looked at me and was like Hi, he can help you over here. Smh WILD.
Then like a minute later the girl that was up there talking was asked my husband are yal together and he was like I am but we can order separately. (Weird how they didn't ask that when we walked up)
I asked about military discount the person ringing me up said yes then the girl next to him said only on Monday's (crazy how she ain't speak up to take my order but wanna say no) he said they changed it, it's everyday now & gave me the discount anyway... 10%
Then we got milkshakes, another girl gave them to us with open top then when we asked for milkshake tops she said we don't have any.. then we just asked for regular tops & drank them down.
When order was ready the guy asked if I was fry sauce, I said what is it.. he said "idk it's good though" I laughed out loud... it was good though. Lol
They had one worker walking up and down the aisle like he was cat walking or something and didn't even move out the way or turn to the side like most people would on a small walk way as people were walking back and forth... weird.
Food was good. Fries are skinny and crispy.. I don't remember them being like that.. almost like the string chips back in the day... I didn't care for that. Milk shake was good as well.
Won't be back & Wouldn't recommend (this...

But lo and behold, Hot Fudge, the bold adventurer, erupted into the narrative with a warm, gooey embrace, creating a thrilling climax to their whimsical journey. Read moreI just had the rudest drive through experience in my 41 years of life. This was my first time going to a Freddy’s and it will be my last! The young lady taking y order was extra short with me when I was asking about their menu (which 1/3 was missing due to it being out of order), even after I apologized for all of my questions and exurban this was my first time there. When I was given my food, my shakes were covered in ice cream on the sides. I asked her if they considered wiping them. She just rolled her eyes and thrusted my bags of food at me. I patiently asked her to give me a minute while I cleaned up their mess (ice cream on the sides of the cup). She then slammed the bags down and walked away throwing her hands up. Then another lady came up to the window and then once again thrusted the food bags at me. There was only one car behind me at the time in line, so I’m not sure why both employees were so impatient/ rude. The food was overall ok, but nothing great. Definitely not worth being treated like that as a customer. So unless you really like their food, I would NOT recommend this location.
Update: Regional manager did reach out and apologize on the local restaurants behalf. But still haven’t wanted to try it...
