I found this hidden gem thru Dasher first. I had one of their signature teas, and I was shocked over how good it tasted, how beautiful was the presentation, and how well and pretty was the packaging. After ordering 3 times thru Dasher, I decided to go there and experience it in person. I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean and fun atmosphere, with amazing customer service, and a nice display of their selection. I ordered my favorite, sugar tea with tapioca and foamed milk, with less sugar than normal. I also couldn’t resist a delicious looking pistachio cheesecake and a mochi donut. Everything was so delicious that I came back to get one more pistachio cake. It was so fresh and fluffy, delicate and super delicious without being too sweet. The owner was a really nice lady, and the rest of the staff were very super friendly and sweet. The bakery has plenty of room inside, with comfy chairs and tables. It’s a big room and each table can have all the privacy they desire. I don’t want to have tea or little cakes from anywhere else. Milk allergy and lactose intolerant beware!! To the owners-Stop putting milk in your coconut milk that defeats the purpose of dairy free. The fact that some of your workers know this and some don't is dangerous! People have milk allergies and lactose intolerance, like myself, that can make someone extremely sick or worse! Also there is "zero disclaimers" notifying customers that your coconut milk product has milk in it! The only reason I found out is because after I asked for coconut milk your employee put whipped cream on the drink and I said I cant have that cause of the milk and that is when she told me there was milk in the coconut milk. I went back 2 days later and the employee "swore" there was no milk in the coconut even made a point of saying "I made it myself there is no milk!" I went to the restroom came back out to her apologizing saying she looked at the ingredients and there was in fact milk (at least she apologized, but why argue?? check first)! Yesterday I purchased this drink as an online order to pick up. Not to mention the picture on the menu was misleading for what I actually purchased. This drink already comes with yogurt popping boba. I just added tapioca boba as an extra. When I received the drink it was like blended strawberries and ice from texture to taste, very bland, with tapioca only. When I went back to get my drink fixed, the lady asked to see it & barely put one spoonful of yogurt popping into my drink, plopped right on top. The customer service was already dull from the first walk in. I would have rathered a new one be made but this is what I received instead, especially when you paid...
