Other chains/local shops work way harder, are way cleaner and deserve the business! GO THERE INSTEAD. A burger costs here what a whole combo does other places. There were 4 people behind the counter with one family eating when we came in around 12:30 today. That was it. Girl who took our order seemed insipid and didn't seem to have any customer service training. She yawned without excusing herself while taking our order. Another staff was on the grill and two others were leaning/ chatting almost the whole time we were there and didn't really seem to be doing anything which is fine during down periods...if the restaurant is clean. We ordered, got our drinks and then had to take our time selecting a place to sit because every table was crumby/dirty because apparently they train & pay people to chat and not clean. It would've been one thing if they were slammed but we chose the cleanest table and I still had to take a napkin and dust the table off of previous crumbles and such myself. I honestly hope this place closes because it's a waste of space. The food was decent but not for the price or the bottom-of-the-barrel desperation hires that so obviously...
Read moreFive guys makes excellent burgers. Not your average fast food place. A bit pricey, so I wouldn't eat here all the time. Oh, and don't make changes to your order because they might miss something when fixing it. See, their regular burgers are two patties and their "little" burgers are one patty. I had to switch mine cause I just don't need that much and they forgot my grilled onions. When they say a regular fry will feed two, know this, unless the two of you are both growing teenage boys who are considered human garbage disposals by your family, I think a regular might feed at least three because their large will feed four adults. But their fries are awesome. Oh, and the peanuts are free! Just make sure you use the scoop. No one wants someone else's dirty fingers in...
Read moreTHE FOOD WAS AMAZING! IT WAS FRESH, COOKED WHEN ORDERED & TASTY! My husband & I were in the area 2 weeks in a row so we ate @ Five Guys both times just to see if the amazing fresh food was a fluke. NOPE, not a fluke! The staff wasn't all the same either & the food was still top-notch! The size of the burger, the toppings, just the right amount of condiments! The amount of fries you get in a regular is WOW! A small fry is enough to share between 2 ppl. Some say it's pricey for a "burger joint" but I have to say both times it was worth every penny! $25-$30 for 2 to eat a delicious, fresh, (NOT off the heat chute) satisfying lunch/dinner isn't far from the prices most places charge...
