Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Southern Pines

I love tropical smoothie café! Just not this one. there smoothies aren't nothing like the ones I had in Raleigh nc. they were very bland and had to put Splenda in mines. I love that there is a tropical smoothie near by. hoping you guys start training your staff, they are clueless.

update: just tried to give this location the benefit of doubt. went in store and no one was wearing a mask and there was at least ten people behind the counter. mind you wearing no masks. we are in covid times why aren't your workers wearing a mask???? anyhow came in with a friend and got two smoothies and next day me and my friend was in the bathroom all morning. I love you guys, but this new Southern Pines location is pathetic, if you’ve never had tropical smoothie before you tried it from this location then you wouldn’t know how it’s suppose to taste. The smoothies at this location are bland with chunks of fruit in it, the food is bland with nothing familiar to the taste of other locations I’ve tasted, and we just found a hair in my daughters jerk chicken wrap due to their workers preparing food without wearing hair nets as they walk around with long ponytails. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and an acai bowl. Where do I even begin? The chicken in the wrap tasted boiled and bland. It was entirely flavorless and had a weird mushy consistency throughout the entire wrap. The acai bowl was 20% smoothie and 20% fresh fruits and 60% granola that is sweet enough to give your next 7 generations diabetes. The only decent thing on the menu is the side of lays baked chips but you can just get that from any convenience store. If a tropical storm hit it would manage to make a more decent smoothie...
