How do you start to share the kind of experience we had with Sweet Dreams? From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we were made feel important. If I had time and space I would write a section describing the emotions that my husband and I felt and still can't believe how Keith went out of his way to ensure we recieve a good nights sleep. I might say for the first time in many many years. Let me just say my husband has had a spinal fusion and has spinal stenosis. He Has to work 40 hrs. a wk for us to live at 72 yrs old. I am 64 and have had 3 back surgeries and currently have 8 bulging disk. Tried to get a job in NC but don't have a current work history so NONE of the hospital/healthcare systems will hire me. I have my degree in medical science/ billing and coding (ICD-9). Graduated Suma 4.0 on the President's list at 52 while working full-time in MI. With that being said, NC took away my Medicaid from MI and states we do not qualify for ANY assistance! So, we have not been able to affort decent beds. We went to Sweet Dreams bc of their high reviews hoping to get some sort of credit ... What we got was so much more! Love, understanding, compassion and generosity like we have not experienced since moving to NC 10 yrs. ago. God Bless your stores, your staff and families...

My wife and I just moved to southern pines and we were shopping around for a new mattress. We stopped at several stores to look an test out mattresses, butn no store really helped. We Googled and found Sweet Dreams Mattress and decided to stop by and check it out.
Kris the salesman approached us and asked if we needed helped. My wife and I hate when sales people try and really sell us some thing. But Kris was awesome. He showed us many different mattresses and explained each one to us. Kris was extremely knowledgeable an very patient, walking us through each one. Kris also talked us through the warranty explaining what we need to make sure it last.
We found what we were looking for and Kris wrote everything down for us. He gave us a really good deal, including a military discount. The next day the owner Keith honoured the deal with the salesman.
I am someone who really does not like to pay anything over $1000 but but for me the mattress was great quality, warranty, bed frame, installation, and the service.
Seriously if your looking for a mattress check out Sweet Dreams Mattresses and they will work with you an show you the best mattress that best...
Read moreSweet Dreams is by far the best business in all of North Carolina. The staff is incredible, knowledgeable, and customer friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you end up with the exact product you need to get a quality night sleep. My husband had neck surgery and ever since has had difficulty sleeping. When we were having difficulty finding a mattress, the owner came in on his day off and took us through every mattress in the store, explaining the features of each to make sure we ended up with the right one. He also showed us a variety of linens and pillows (some that were his own invention) to help us get a better night's rest. We were so pleased with our experience we ended up going back to get beds for our guest room and children's room and sent our parents and my brother there. Sweet Dreams is extremely supportive of the military. The owner holds a fundraiser annually to honor military families and contributes to several local military associations. We recommend Sweet Dreams to everyone! I wish I could give it more...
