Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Southfield

My work orders from this location ALL THE TIME. Normally, we have great service, they're fast and there are no issues. Unfortunately today, i had a terrible experience. I ordered online and after about 45 mins i still hadn't received my order. I decided to call as this is not like them. When i called the first time, she put me on hold for 7 whole minutes and then hung up on me. i called back and actually got to speak with someone and they told me they are busy today the driver just left and it will be another 30-45 mins. Before i could say anything else, she hung up on me. I called back TWICE and was hung up on both times before i could get even a couple words out. I called back and got someone else and asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold AGAIN and finally was able to get on the phone with a manager. The staff isn't rude, but they do not have good service(poorly organized)! Placed an online order, came in 10+ minutes later, and my order hadn't been touched yet. I wait a while, finally get my order, make it home, and find out they messed up two of my sandwiches. I call in, get someone on the phone, nice lady, writes my name in "the book," and says next time you come in you will get a discount or a free sandwich. Next time I come in, my name is not in a book & they have no record of my call in about the messed up order. I called another jimmy johns in my area just to make sure I didn't call in to the wrong store before but they have no record of my order. I was at the right place! They just messed up and didn't seem to care. I'm over it! This is not the first time they've messed up an order, just the first time I've complained. It's sad that I have to write this review because I was a loyal customer to this location, but I will never order from them again. I called in to here one day to place an order for delivery and was informed that they were sharing drivers with the Evergreen location. So I called the Evergreen location to confirm that was true so I could place my order. The manager at the evergreen location was confused so this turned into an altercation between the two managers of each location. A few minutes later, I got a call from the manager from the Greenfield location and she was rude with me and getting upset with me because she thought I was trying to start something messy between the two locations.
