Taco Bell — Restaurant in Southgate

I came through and ordered 3 potato soft tacos and a drink. The tacos themselves were very small, I have never recieved a smaller taco from taco bell, worse yet, they only had sauce on one side and I could eat them in two bites. Unacceptable, all other Taco Bell locations in the area serve consistent products, this franchise owner is disillusioned. I also went to take a sip of my pop and the lid smelled strongly of perfume. Are your employees washing their hands? With so many other taco bell locations nearby, I will not return to this location.

EDIT: Went to this location last night at around 12pm on 10/26-10/27 and ordered a taco fry box. Two teenagers/young adults were working the drive thru, a young woman and a young man. They were playing over the mic back and forth while we were ordering, initiated by the woman who accidentally said, "Welcome to Arbys because apparently she used to work there. The woman starts laughing hysterically and the young man jumped in and asked us about our order, probably sensing how unprofessional she was being. At the window she apologized by saying, "sorry about him, he's an as*!" The man was trying to give us our food. Now all of this would have been a non-issue, a funny interaction for a late night night taco bell run, however, it is 20 hours later and I have never been sicker from eating out. I'll spare you the details, something was off about that food. I even made a comment as I was eating it, stating how the 5 layer burrito tasted sweeter than usual and the beef on the hard taco tasted stale, almost like it had no seasoning even though we all know it comes in a bag. I didn't finish my food, it is what it is, I let it go. I never thought I would actually get sick from it. If the woman working the window had no regard for customers, I can only imagine what the cooks/meal prep workers are doing to our food, especially when you consider my above review. Absolutely terrible service and food was obviously mishandled or unregulated....

I brought my 5 and 10 yr old daughters after school which proved to be a horrible mistake. First I had to wait roughly 20 minutes for a 6 item (including drinks) order. Everybody's food was taking that long. There was a group of young animalistic teenagers in there that was completely out of control. It was clearly visible that all the other patrons were as disgusted as I was including a few other well behaved teenagers. I was hoping the manager would have solved the problem with a flamethrower but much to my disappointment nothing was done about these savages. The situation deteriorated as these future license plate manufacturing technicians continued to throw food and curse loudly. Sadly nobody choked on their food. A young male employee, maybe early 20s, went out to clean up and was getting harassed by one of these punks in particular and actually looked scared. If he would have beat the f#$k out of this kid I would have gladly contributed to his defense fund. I nor my ex wife will ever step foot in there again especially when our kids are with one of us. I was going to call their corporate headquarters to voice my complaints but in this day and age everybody bows down to scum so I'm sure not even a simple phone call would have been made. I can't wait for this dump to run itself out...

For anyone reading Alyssa Parkour's post, For One. She was Not fired for being Pregnant. She would come in Late every Day about 45 minutes into her shift. 2. When she did clock in she'd spend the next 30 minutes in the bathroom. Before she even claimed to have been pregnant in the first place. She didn't even say she was pregnant until we decided to fire her for the lack of commitment to her job this being 4 days called off in a row. Her responsibilities we're to clean trays tables, check lot and these tasks we're never performed . She'd always walk away and wonder around. I asked if she did lot she was outside for 5 minutes and came back inside. I literally had to babysit her to do her job. We arnt unsanitary by any means. We pass every health code inspection to date. Dishes go thru a dish washer sprayed off and then put in santized water then out on the drying rack. We've had corporate here 3 times in a week for leadership change if her allegations we're true then we'd be closed. Thank You!
