UPDATE After going through my bank, the charge back was denied because of my online permission to charge me (initial purchase was never the dispute). Infuriated, I called Gulf Shrimp for contesting the fact I was owed a refund and this time I was able yo speak directly with Casandra. She was extremely apologetic and offered to rectify the situation with a refund of my entire order as well as a gift card. Albeit a little later than I would have liked to have this resolved, I was pleasantly surprised at tge accountability and customer service. With that said, I am so pleased we can continue to enjoy their seafood selections!

Charged for canceled products and company refused to refund, no response to calls or emails. I waited to post a review, allowing ample time for the business to do the right thing.
I placed an order online. Within 24 hours, I had to change the order. I was unable to do so online so I left a message and emailed. No response. I called again the morning I was to pick up my order and was told by Cassandra I would either be refunded in person or online. I picked up my order and was told by the young man they were handling my refund that business day and they didn't need my card. I gave it a week, no refund. I called and spoke to someone elae and explained the situation. I was apologized to and promised a call back as a priority. It has been another 5 days, over two weeks since I modified my order, and I am still not refunded for products never received. I have gone through my bank to get my money back that way. I will never give my business...

He was traveling at a min 85mph when my timing getting onto the highway was poor. Unfortunately instead of slowing down to let me in I had to force myself over or hit the guardrail, he then followed me closely behind until I tried to speed up a little to get away he instead moved over and then cut me off again and slamming on breaks putting my life at risk. This company has a disgusting representation and i would starve before supporting them. Sorry gulf shrimp that I happened to be getting on the highway in the middle of your drivers 85 mph road rage fit down 84. I would have given ZERO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy husband placed a $400 order with them for lobster and clams for a picnic with friends. The order was supposed to be delivered between 1-4pm. Itās now almost 9pm and it has not been delivered. We canāt get a hold of the company and they are closed tomorrow. When my husband called after 4 they said donāt worry about it, itās in the truck for delivery. They brushed him off. I now have a bunch of people coming to my house tomorrow for seafood that I donāt have. We ordered from them last year and the order was late (only a hour) but they said the driver got lost and the food was good so we decided to give them another chance. Never again! Iām in a panic with what to do and feel like they just took our money....
