This is the worst Starbucks in Connecticut and possibly Iâve ever had. Whoever was working on may 24th should be fired and ashamed. I asked for a large caramel frap with extra caramel. I watched the girl finish this and told her that I wanted her how they always make it with caramel swirled around the cup and extra crunchies. I also said it looked too light like there was no coffee in it. She looked at me, immediately stopped and waited for a guy employee to come over. She stood there and then handed it to me silently. The first photo on the left. This tasted like a plain milk milkshake. There was no coffee in it. I also tasted soap. I went back in and asked them to make it again because I like how itâs usually made and I only tasted milk. I said this isnât how itâs always made. He insisted he put the right amount of pumps in it and snatched it out of my hand. The girl and guy were then whispering and laughing while he made it exactly the same. Wasted my time, money and then gave me dirty looks when I sat outside. This is not how these are made. They were also liquid and not blendedâŚ?âŚThey are made with coffee and milk, ice and then mixedâŚcaramel is swirled around the cup⌠especially when I asked for extra and paid for extra⌠thanks⌠would...

If youâve ever wondered what it feels like to age in real time, visit this Starbucks. The drive-thru here doesnât just test your patienceâit crushes your spirit. Itâs like each car in line is a chapter in a tragic novel where the plot never moves forward.
Every. Single. Time. It doesnât matter if itâs morning, midday, or midnightâthis location consistently delivers Olympic-level slowness. Iâve seen employees move with the urgency of a dial-up connection. Iâve had time to write emails, scroll every social media app twice, and rethink every life decision that led me to this lineâand Iâm still two cars back from the speaker.
And when you finally crawl up to the window? Youâd think you were handed a cup of gold the way it took 25 minutes to make a basic iced coffee. Spoiler: itâs lukewarm, half-mixed, and not even correct. But by then, youâre too emotionally defeated to care.
This isnât just poor service. Itâs a caffeine hostage situation. Avoid this place unless you enjoy existential dread served at 2...
Read moreMy partner and I arrived about 15 mins ago and we see these hard workers and they looked very tired. We joked around with them to find out they were short staffed and then we see the manager walk out as these guys are working there buts off day âthank you for staying to help âŚâŚâ that manager shouldâve stayed and helped her team . They looked absolutely drained . Do better like they are,
Update: we got a peppermint coffee waiting for a while and then we told the barista and he instead of making a new one just put ICE ON THE coffee estentially it was melted . We had a really busy packed day and we were looking forward to this so much. We understand the frustration was towards being low staffed as he said but it was also very fustratijg for us but we WENT TO DUNKIN AND GOT A BETTER AND MORE HOSPITABLE EXPERIENCE:) so if you find your coffee isnât good there go...
