I've been to almost every location in CT because of how much I've moved & the jobs I've had, this location is my favorite! (Not bcuz everywhere else, or evn any of them rly, are way worse or anything, i live popeye's, but this particular team just always provides that extra wow in one way or another every time i go, they rly are all excellent, hard-working people with amazing customer service, i admire & appreciate them all so much & how perfect & patient & accurate they always t not only with me but with the ppl i hear in front of me whenever im in line too...just a phenomenal team; always friendly, helpful, orders r always accurate fast & fresh, just so above and beyond ur typical fast food experience other places...Id especially like to thank Jayda, Joanna, Nina & TC, they r the ones that seem to b there most at the times i usually come thru, but im sure the rest of the team on other shifts r great too--amazing job everyone & stay awesome! Last 4 times I've been here it's taken 15 minutes to get a single chicken sandwich and every time they were out of pickles. How tf are you out of pickles so often? Is there some pickle shortage we don't know about? You should at least tell people that they don't have all the ingredients when you order so you're aware. Insanely poor planning by management.

Update as of 6/25/2023: I walked in and was greated by a wonderful young man with a twinkle in his eyes. This was a good start to my fine dining experience. I ordered food and it was prepared promptly. Sitting at the end of my seat I go to disrobe the buns off my sandwich in great anticipation. Upon closer inspection all my hopes were shattered and my day was ruined. One pickle. One single pick slice sat there on my sandwich. I regret to inform you that the national pickle shortage which only affects this one location still persists.

For real though y don't u put a reasonable amount of pickles on them sammys? Get you pickle...
