HUGE HUGE HUGE annoyance with the ai drive thru system. AI says, "What can I get you?" "One moment please" I said. I'm letting my passenger decide what she may like, few seconds later. AI says, "What can I get you?" "I'd like one moment please and thank you" I said. While my passenger is figuring it out, this bot is pressing me hard for an order twisting up my gut. So I say what I want really quickly, double chicken fried rice walnut shrimp... my annoyance towards the system. This is right before 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 18. The worker comes over the speaker, "What can I get you?" I say "I'd like grilled teriyaki chicken and..." cut off by worker "What else?". I say "honey walnut shrimp and..." cut off by worker. This domination over me not letting me breath was pathetic. Twisted my stomach into knots and overall was a triggering trauma like experience.
A worker who is annoyed with annoyed customers because this annoying system. Taking it out on each other, as well as, taking it personal. Figure it out Panda Express.

Read moreWe just had one of the worst take-out experiences here. We have gotten Panda Express before and had good experiences. So when we decided to splurge for a rare family take-out night we were heartbroken by the service we received. We ordered ahead online at 6:30 for pickup at 7:30, a more than generous time for a large fast food take-out, yet when we arrived at 7:36 they had not yet even STARTED making our order. This would be a minor inconvenience, except instead of filling the regular large meal containers that we ordered and paid premium for, they began partially filling the MUCH smaller bowls for our meals. My sister was almost in tears because the large order of beef that we had ordered with the intent of leftovers was barely bigger than the small that is all we can usually afford. Waiting extra time is something easily overlooked, but being robbed of at least half the food we paid for is beyond inexcusable. We will be hard pressed to ever go back to this Panda Express location. Attached are photos of the small, partially filled containers we received instead of our large orders of food....
Read moreIt used to be great, but it’s going down slowly the Southlake Panda, has reduced the quantity in everything, rice, meats and even their service. When fried rice is ordered, you come home and it’s plain steamed rice, then they ask you to come back and collect the fried rice, when you go back the person who takes the order, asks questions like you are trying to get something free, and give you a small box of fried rice, which cannot be eaten by itself, so you have to order something to eat with the fried rice. Some days they keep you waiting for more than 15 minutes with no apology. They have lots to change to do better in customer service if they want to continue...
