My 4yr is eye level with all the shelves and he turned around and a fluke accident, he cliped the corner of the metal post against his eye and was bleeding. I walked him half way across the store to the bathroom to get paper towels and try to stop the bleeding all while he is crying naturally. EVERYONE could hear, but no worker could be found to help, I had to walk into a back hallway to hunt down a worker to ask him for a first aid kit, or bandage of any kind. No help, when 4 workers all stand there looking, they could see him covered in blood and one offered me an ice pack and they all stood there and just watched.bo one had band aids or more paper towels. As I was leaving to hurry to urgent care, the worker I stopped said, it takes a long time to print an indecent report so you might not want to wait. Annoyed, I left. They should have a basic first aid kit available, and why can't you have printed papers if its an issue that needs immediate assistance no one has time to wait. My family and I have been shopping here for many years. This is the reason I left 2 stars rather than one. We had a terrible experience this past Saturday with an elderly employee named Julie. My 16 and 18 year old daughters were lightly running their fingers thru the beads and Julie was extremely rude and treated them as if this was an extremely inappropriate thing to do. She was so rude and confrontational that one of my daughters left the store to wait in the car. Although I know my girls know how to behave, I did have my other daughter show me exactly what they did, and it was not inappropriate at all!! This woman was just being a bully! I guarantee you if I had been in the isle with them she wouldn’t have said one word. I did speak with the manger because this is no way to treat customers. He was very apologetic and assured me he would counsel this employee, and I hope he did. We will return as I said because we love this store and the manager we spoke...
