they admit they don't answer the phone and can not help you with account questions, but also admit that corporate doesn't answer the phone either the go carts rarely work they don't post their hours online, even when they change them, so it's luck of the draw for showing up they do not recognize the online deals and sometimes not even their own gift cards they lock you into a year membership, and even restart your membership without your consent they have a local corporate office, but will only accept mail there, so you have to snail-mail your cancelation letter rather than drop it off no one who works there knows anything. We took our son 2yrs ago for the first time and we loved it!! We all got to ride the go karts and everyone had fun. Went yesterday(Sunday) whole different story. Got there and there were only 4 go karts working with like 15 people in line. You get them platinum package to ride the go karts, but is it really worth it, if there not going to work and have 4 working, 2 literally at the end. Place was sticky and floor looked like it hadn't been clean in a while. Disappointed this...

An hour and a half wait for the go karts with 15 people in line. Once you get a go kart it's hit or miss if it actually moves at the speed it should. Mine did not and I got pushed by another kart for one lap before they made us go back to the lanes.

For the price you pay for this place you think the equipment would be a bit better. Pretty lame.
