Bojangles — Restaurant in Southport

Other than the gentleman who appeared to be the manager, the people running the drive-through are a hot mess. This is based upon my last three visits to this Bojangles. First of all, if you were told to go and park your car to wait on your order, it won’t arrive and you have to go through the drive-through again in 15 minutes to remind them of your order and pick it up. Also, when you ask when the order will be ready, the curly blonde hair kid will simply yell “I don’t know when your order will be ready.” If you payed for a 10 piece chicken wings meal then good luck, you will only end up with 8 wings which tells me basic math skills do not exist. This has happened to me three times now and if you are super unlucky, one of your orders of wings will be burned like mine today. You will also not get a straw when handed your drink, nor will it be in any of the boxes. If you think that you will get any form of acceptable customer service and a correct order then you might as well go to Fantasy Land. I have no clue what is going on at this Bojangles for the last several months. The health rating of 92.5 might be some indication that the employees and management just don’t care. Lastly, the poor girl at the drive-through today had zero personality other than an attitude that she did not want to be there. No greeting. No thank you. Absolutely minimal interaction and frustration on her face. This will absolutely be the last time visiting this Bojangles. I just threw my order in the garbage after finally receiving it for fear of contracting food poisoning from this place....

What a shame! Last night@ 9 pm 03/30/2022 after getting off of work, I waited at the drive thru for about 10 minutes to even be helped. Employees inside saw me as well as the truck behind me! I am assuming it was the MOD who came walking across the parking lot and asked me had I been helped. Of course I said no and he went inside saying something I could not understand. He did take my order and I felt like okay, I will be taking care of now. I was wrong!!!I ordered a 12 piece family meal and the chicken was burnt. All of it! I only received 11 pieces and had to remind them I needed my sides. Ordered a Diet Pepsi and received a regular after the guy even repeated it back to me. The MOD told his staff to close and take all the left over food and heard an employee say that’s a lot of food left but I can’t receive my entire order correctly after paying $37.00!!! Just an absolute shame and disappointment! Demanding more money for less quality! Avoid this day...

I have been here 3 times in the last few months and every time I go it is not up to par. To spend $35 at a fast food restaurant every time.

1. It is so cold that we all were freezing
2. All the tables were so dirty
3. I got a Bo chicken sandwich deluxe and it was cold and look like it was sitting there all day. Told them about it and they made me a new one ( supposedly) it was barely warm and looked the same as the last one like it had been sitting there all day. By this time my family had already eaten their meals which were the chicken supremes and they were subpar as well. So I just ate mine !! Hopefully I don’t get sick from eating it . The only good thing was at least the fries were hot and the cashier was kind. If I could give it no stars I would. I do not recommend this place. I hope they do better in the future because I really like Bojangles. I just won’t be going back there anytime soon not to this...
