Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Southport

This is my favorite dominos in brunswick county, they always put care into the food they're serving. I was looking forward to the. Cheese steak sandwich I had got before that was great!! Every last bite was good. Then I come home to this. Half was sorta edible, and half was one solid burn mix of cheese, steak, mushrooms bread. I get its a cheesesteak from dominos, it's not going to be memorable, but it actually was one of the best things I've had in a while from a pizza place. Then I got this tonight. So 😞 disappointing. Guess it was a different food maker tonight. Actually I know it was. Because usually I feel welcomed vs tonight besides one young man that ran my order up. Everyone else was BLAH. I want my $$27 dollars back. UPDATE: GOING BACK TOMORROW TO GET A REFUND AND FREE SOMETHING FROM MY ORDER. MANAGER WOULD HAVE CORRECTED IT TONIGHT, BUT HES IN TRAINING. HE KNEW MY REVIEW BY MY PHONE NUMBER, RECALLED PUTTING IT ON HIS CALL BACK LIST. SO THEY DO LISTEN! GIRL WHO COOKED THAT AWFUL BURNT LUMP SANDWICH GOT TERMINATED APPARENTLY. THIS DOMINOS REALLY WEEDS OUT THE TRASH AND KEEPS THE DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH EMPLOYEES THAT CARE. ONE EMPLOYEE OFFERED ME A HUG TO HELP MY BAD NIGHT WHEN I WENT TO ASK ABOUT THE REFUND. I TOOK THE HUG, AND WAS SENT OUT THE DOOR WITH AMAZING DELICIOUS CINNAMON TWISTS. 😋...

Order was placed using the Domino’s app at 6:26pm. The order was apparently expedited quickly as it was out of the oven and being quality checked at 6:35 (at least according to the app). Then it sat. For a half an hour. Before finally being sent out for delivery at 7:05. Then it took another half hour to get to my door. And by then it was cold and had to be reheated. It did taste good however, but I wouldn’t say I got the extra mushrooms I requested. The bread bites on the other hand were hot and very delicious. Domino’s was very quick to recognize they screwed up and offered me a discount on a later order, but this is the 2nd time in a row with similar results, so it’s going to be awhile before I’ll be willing to give them...

Sadly this was a bad pizza, I ordered 2 specialty pizzas and got basically one topic and pizzas with very little toppings or sauce it basically was just bread and just a little bit of cheese. the Manager that was there making the pizza just didn't seem to care about anything. I've sadly had a better pizza from the Minuteman up the highway at the gas station and it's fast food version of Little Caesars. It's been a long time since I've had a bad Domino's experience but this was a shocker and there was not hardly any customers in the store nor was there a lot takeout calls at the time.
