I’m standing here right now writing this review. First of all, if you are going to have someone in management in the United States, they need to be able to speak English. Period. I am all for learning different languages and hiring people from other countries. That is not the problem. The problem is that people who don’t speak Spanish can not properly communicate with the staff or management at this location because no one apparently speaks English. When I walked in, there was another woman standing at the counter. She said she had been waiting for 10 minutes. She said an employee (who turned out to be the manager) had counted her drawer down, and without a word, went to the back. You could hear people in the back having a lively conversation (in Spanish) with each other, but not caring to check on the front. The waiting customer finally decides to call for someone to come to the front. When an associate comes to the front, a manager is asked for. The manager comes to the front and can barely speak broken English. The manager finally translates her message into English via an app. The customer was fed up and walked out. I took it upon myself to read the message and it made no sense. She was saying something about sending someone to the front. Well clearly this did not happen. The manager says something to the other associate in Spanish about how the customer is going to complain. They both spoke dismissively about her and I kept hearing negra. Now let me say, the customer that left was a black woman. I know negra means black. I don’t know what they could possibly have been saying about her, but it just didn’t sound pleasant. I’m highly disappointed in this location. Something needs to be done about the customer service and hiring someone who...
Read moreSo me and my Fiance have a tradition of once a month getting a little Caesars Deep Dish and lately i've used their app to order which has been great, but the one time i ordered like normal and when i got there they ran out of deep dish and they also had no drinks, which isn't the employees fault they said the delivery truck just didn't come in yet, which having worked in the industry i can understand all in all they offered to give us pizza that was equal in value or a refund, which was fine for us.
I will say i think Corporate should allow the stock of the pizzas to be controlled for the online orders so this mistake doesn't happen, but all in all pizza is always good and always just the right amount to fill us up and for a great price which i know is little Caesars thing.
Last thing i want to say is if you order online don't order drinks because 7/10 times they won't have the drinks instead just go to the Walgreens next door and get them....
Read moreNever. Ever. Ever. Ready. As in NEVER.
This branch is a couple blocks from my house, and I visit at least a couple times a month. Not ONE TIME have I gone into this branch and had the pizza "Hot-n-Ready", as advertised everywhere in the store. And on TV. And on their flyers. Also, more than once I asked for 2 deep dish pizzas (as I always do....as does every other customer), been told it'll be ten minutes, and come back at the ten minute mark only to find they gave one of my pies away (no doubt to the ONLY customer who's ever gotten a hot-n- ready pizza here). And, having a store full of annoyed customers, all waiting for hot and NOT ready pizza, doesn't seem to ruffle these employees one bit, nor do they do anything to improve the situation for next time....like, oh I don't know, MAKE MORE PIZZAS. Friday night? No deep dish ready. Saturday afternoon? Same. Monday through Thursday evening? You name it, I've been on that...
