Subway — Restaurant in Southwick

Worst experience I have ever had at a Subway restaurant and I have been going to Subway for 15 years all over MA & CT. I requested extra onions as always & was told this time I would be charged for extra vegetables. Meat & Cheese I completely understand but extra veggies I can not agree with. By this line of logic where is my discount for the vegetables I don't chose to have on my sandwich at all? Went to the Subway in CT and when I requested extra onions the response was correct and just as any other place "Absolutely". I even left a tip. It's not about the money, it's the ridiculous logic of wanting to make money off people who request no vegetables and more money off people who want extra. The only tip I would leave at the College Highway Subway is loosen the purse strings, cheap doesn't look good on...

One day I got a sandwich with the rotisserie chicken. I got it to go. When I got where I was going I opened it and I could smell that the chicken was rotten. It was nauseating. I took it back here and they had thrown out the batch they served me, but they refused to give me a coupon for a sandwich another day, or give me my money back. Subway in Southwick is one of the good ones. The staff is always friendly and courteous. The franchisee and their managers have done an excellent job of consistent quality and service over the years. I will go out of my way to patronize this...
