Marble Slab Creamery — Restaurant in Spanish Fort

We went during Father’s Day weekend and they only had 3 flavors! And they were the most weirdest flavors too the only 3 they had was black cherry, pistachio, and one other. Extreme let down. Then we decided to give them another chance We went back about a week later and same thing only three flavors. My family is pretty basic so we just get basic flavors like strawberry, chocolate, vanilla nothing out of the ordinary so the regular flavors you would expect an ice cream shop to have when they don’t is a huge let down. considering not even going here anymore they never have the stuff to make milkshakes and then only have 3 flavors!? Get it together marble slab or you won’t have our business anymore. I saw somewhere that the weekend we went y’all were out and should be back and running tomorrow but a week later and still no ice cream is disappointing. Y’all lost a lot of costumers because of this issue we saw a ton of costumers walking out when they looked at what you had to offer which was only three flavors. Y’all may have been busy over the weekend which y’all said in a lot of reviews about this matter...

The treats here are usually always great, and the staff up until today has been too. I don't come here that often, but today I came by a little after 3pm to two ladies working the counters. One of them was very polite but the other, a tallish blonde with a ponytail and sunglasses on her head was pretty condescending. She stared at me like I had fiveheads while ordering and when helping another customer, made his shake wrong and when asked very nicely to add what she left out, she muttered under her breath acting like he was supposed to tell her how to make it and rolled her eyes. Her energy was just all around unfriendly regardless if she’s having a bad day or not, it was unpleasant. To the other lady in there though, thank you for treating me and probably everyone else...

Ice cream is always good here and the service usually is too but not today. I waited 10 minutes (never was greeted) before I was asked "What you got?" That's how I was asked what I wanted. Then Virginia (another employee told me her name)dropped half of the ice cream out of the scoop, threw it away and when I asked her to replace to scoop that she dropped she sucked her teeth and added more. She then up charged me to a regular size serving, slid my card and said "sign the receipt and leave it on the counter" and walked away. She was beyond rude. You guys should have some customer service training or better yet get some employees that want to...
