Worst experience here. A short and stout hispanic lady named ERIKA is very rude and mean. I came here twice and she asked me, what sandwich I wanted and I said Cheese she repeated the question and I answered the same thing (Italian Herb and Cheese) and she yelled out so loud in a rude tone "What MEAT do you want on your sandwich?!" She shouted it so loud in a rude tone I should have just left. It's her fault she didn't ask the correct question! And she got all rude. mad, and loud about it as if it was my fault. Erika should not be working here. She is NOT professional. She needs to learn some manners and etiquette rules. She was also talking in Spanish to a customer behind me and was laughing really loud and Erika is just so rude. She's is RACIST and she happens to be Mexican/Hispanic. If you're not Hispanic, DON'T GO here. For your information, I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and was born/ raised in this city, lived here all my life. Read moreI placed an order online. Upon arriving to the store, the employee informed me that there were not any chocolate chip cookies left, which is what I had ordered as sides for two meals. I was no offered any alternative for sides and was DENIED A REFUND. I filled out a survey detailing my experience and the store owner sent me a generic emailing saying she is always looking for feedback to make the store better. She also accused me of wanting four bags of chips to replace the cookies, but I never asked for that. I asked for a refund, or the opportunity to pay the difference for two bags of chips. The rude employee said no. I emailed the store owner back asking for a refund and clarifying what had happened and she has yet to respond a week later. This is not my first bad experience at this Subway either, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt because I like the food. However, I highly encourage everyone to go to Port of Subs instead of this horrible Subway. This Subway will steal your money and not feel bad about it at all. Read moreI used to go pretty often, but the two gentlemen working there have just gotten grumpy and unkind. There used to be a young woman that worked there and she wasn't nearly as bad.
I won't be going to this location at all anymore. Not after the last experience. I ask for extra pickles and he wouldn't put them on my sandwich. I even said it's ok if you need to charge me, I do like extra pickles and would like them on my sandwich please. He literally ignored me, I got up to address him cause it thought maybe he didn't hear. Oh no he heard, he didn't care and wouldn't do what I asked even after I said I'll pay for them.
As I walked out I told him I would never be back to this location, and that his behavior was absolutely not acceptable in the service industry. He said "excuse me", I repeated myself, he then said "good, don't come back". It was honestly so crazy. I've never dealt with that type of disregard for others ever!
