Pelican's SnoBalls — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I just came back from my visit at pelicans and it went like this: I went to get my snowball and noticed the sign saying if you don’t get a receipt with your order then you get it free. So once I finished ordering the blonde lady at the window asked for my cash and told me to wait at the second window. As she proceeded to shut the window I interrupted and said “hello, I saw that it’s free If i don’t get a receipt.” She asked if she asked me for one and I replied that no she did not. She says oh, well sorry and closes the window. So I’m waiting for what’s believed to be my refund and my snowball but it was only my snowball. This is my favorite place to get snoballs! My only complaint is this particular location has started giving less ice if you're getting your snoball "To Go". I understand it is probably because people may spill it if they're driving, but I think the customer should be given a choice if they want less ice. They make their own syrups and when I tell you it's the best I have ever had, I mean it! So glad my 14 year old talked me into stopping and trying them.
