Starbucks — Restaurant in Spartanburg

Update: has anyone else noticed that they tend to change the hours alot? Like today we pulled into the drive thru, at 3:33pm and they were like "oh this location closed at 3pm" So I called to see if the other location across town was open, and then headed there. This has not been the only time, it's so weird.

No issues recently. But I use the DT now. Before Xmas I went into to get a bunch of gift cards.the barista behind the counter just stared at me as I was at the register waiting. A manager came up and was acting like it was an inconvenient thing for me to do? I got 4 gift cards and 2 drinks. One of the drinks was wrong. And when I brought attention to it you would think I was asking for the world. I'll stick to...

This is the worse Starbucks I have ever been too! I was already hesitant on going there, because I had read a review from January that’s no longer there for some reason… My niece needed to use the restroom. We walk back in at 7:55 and I understand they close at 8, but we had already bought a drink from them, and she really needed to use the restroom before we went home. When we walked in they told us they would get in troubles if they let a 6 year old little girl use the restroom, because they were about to close. That’s not ok! I have never in my life heard of a policy prohibiting people from entering when they haven’t officially closed! I will never go there again and tell all my friends and family to never go...

Love this location, the staff here is always on fire with a great energy and drinks are served in a timely manner in store and through drive-thru. On one visit I forgot my wallet and they paid for my drink with no problem to help me avoid a little disappointment (not to mention embarrassment). On another visit I decided to deviate from my normal iced white chocolate w/brown sugar and no whipped topping to one of they're refreshers(something with kiwi). Turns out I did not like it but the girls didn't mind replacing it and even suggested other refreshers to help me find one I liked.(ended up being strawberry something). So I highly recommend visiting the store...
