I like someone's phrase about, "please do not even try their mobile service". I started having problem with their cellphone service since 07.15.22. On Sunday, 07.18.22 I went into the Spectrum store. Most representatives are really nice. However, they are not able to get enough tech support. When I came to the store, my device wasn't able to send messages to the one particular phone number. After representatives tried to reset, update, and switch my sim cards, my account became frozen. I bought device Samsung A53, in this particular store, and I had used for 32 days. Since 07.18.22, I couldn't make calls, neather use a text mesagges. Initially, they were telling me the system will reset/boost after midnight on 07.19.22. Belive or not, even right now as of 07.22.22, at 10:15pm, I still don't have service. They are not offering to replace device, even when I asked about, they said no. Or, if they decide to do it, I have to pay off the amout left in payments, to get replace it. But I have make payments for a new device.They stopped telling, when the problem be resolve, what they are keep saying - they are still working on it, and they checking different areas. There is no difference, whether You contact store, or if You call customer service representative. There is no solution. Today is 08.16. 2022, and Spectrum is still working to find out, what cause the problem. At the begining of August 2022, I became a membership of Legalshield. They helped me to wright the letter to explain my legal rights and send it to Spectrum. Spectrum asked to have some time to resolve the problem till 08.21.2022. Standing there talking about every day stuff . And would not let me do it over the phone or on line . Every time I come up here I run into this same problem everyone was very upset with so many competition they need speed up on the time they spend with one customer . I used to for home internet, and was pleased with the service, but like clockwork, the rate went up, and they wouldnāt match the deal I found, so I found cheaper high speed internet through AT&T at the time. This review is about a door to door canvasser experience I just had. We have a no soliciting sign in our front yard, because for whatever reason, our neighborhood gets a lot of solicitors. One of their employees knocked on our door, and our dogs started barking. I yelled through the door, āno solicitingā to which he replied āIām not solicitingā. I then asked, āwell what are you doing?ā He said, āitās a surveyā. I replied āIām not interested, itās not a good timeā. There was a little bit of a back and forth with me trying to yell out through the door over my dogs barking. This guy wasnāt getting the hint, and was actually starting to get pushy and rude. After standing there a while, he finally got back in his car, and held up his middle finger out of his window towards my house as he drove by. This is beyond unacceptable, not just the pushy and rude approach, but to flip a bird towards my house when I have a 7 year old, and there are multiple small children on our block is just ridiculous.
