Sully's Steamers saved my life.

I was in a back alley once late one night when suddenly, as if from nowhere, a mugger appeared demanding all my money! Just when I thought I'd met my untimely end and my fate sealed, Sully's Steamers swooped down from the heavens like a Griffin guarding its' progeny. The mugger, now witnessing the pure essence of fear in his eyes, began to stumble, scrambling for the nearest exit leaving only a trail of pittle behind in his frenzied retreat. An undeniable act of mercy from Steamers' for sure. I was promptly ushered inside for a hot meal, where I immediately spent all my would-have-been-stolen money without hesitation.

Humble denizens of Spartanburg, I implore you... consider this establishment for your next meal. Any and all breakfast, lunch, dinner, or late night cravings that need satiating. Because I'm here to tell you that I've seen the face of God, and it was a steamed bagel sandwich.

Welcome to Spartanburg, Sully’s Steamers. We decided to try it after seeing a show at The Chapman Cultural Center. It is located across the street from Wofford College in the new HUB. If you are unfamiliar with Sully’s it has a great variety of steamed bagels. You choose the flavor sandwich you want and then pick a bagel ( there are 9 to choose from) I had The Gamecock ( chicken salad, bacon, onions, Swiss, & honey mustard on an Asiago bagel.) My husband had the original Italian Cheddar ( Ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone, banana peppers, onions, Parmesan peppercorn on a Jalapeño bagel.) The staff is friendly and efficient preparing our order quickly and perfectly to our specifications. It also has a nice outdoor area with couches, TV, and Cornhole, which be really nice in the spring, summer, and fall. We hope people will try it out and...

We had lunch at Sully's Steamers and were very pleased! The gentleman taking our order was very friendly and knowledgeable, he made every sandwich sound mouthwatering. I ordered the "Hello Newman" with pastrami, bacon, horseradish, onions, Muenster cheese, sprouts, tomato, mayo and I asked to add jalapenos - which was perfect! My husband had the "Free Bird" with chicken salad, BBQ sauce, onions, green peppers, Colby cheese and honey mustard. I took a bite and it's one of the best chicken salad sandwiches I've ever had. We both got combo, hubby had a cookie and I ordered their "big pickle". It's definitely big! Perfect crunch to go with the bagel sandwich. Everything was delicious. The service was pretty fast and friendly. They have plenty of seating indoors as well as outdoors. We will be back to try more of their...
