Absolutely terrible customer service! Went in to buy carpet and the manager, Paul, was way too invested in our decisions, arguing with us for 10 minutes on the measurements we wanted the carpet to be cut to. After we finally convinced him to cut it to the requested dimensions, we paid and left. When we came back to collect the carpet, he reiterated his concern that we were making a mistake on the size. After we got home, it was wildly apparent the carpet was too big and he had undermined us by going behind our backs to change the cutting measurements, ultimately creating more work for us. When we called the store, Paul refused to apologize, doubled down on his decision to change the measurements, and hung up. He was rude, condescending, and second-guessed every decision we made. I can guarantee we will not be back.

Update: I have no issue with you not providing a service due to concerns of liability and insurance. However, I do have an issue with you agreeing that you could cut the carpet to 13' 3'' x 11' 6'' and then changing that agreement after we paid for it. Whether or not you think we should be grateful for the "extra chicken nugget in [our] box", the fact is you apparently lied to us, presumably in order to make a sale. I cannot do business with someone who blatantly lies to my face and expects me to be...

Highly recommend!!!! Barb is fantastic!!! I went to 2 others stores shopping for carpet for a small place...one had doors locked even though it showed "open" and the other was snobby, very. When I walked in to Home Source, Barb met me with a smile and showed me around the carpets happily!!!! (Even though I was only buying small quantity). She took time with me and was happy to help me. She cared when I told her what I could afford and not afford. She stayed with me, shopping with me. She was genuine. 2 weeks later, I needed a small couch. Went right back to Home Source and received the very same kind, caring help from Barb. Barb & the others don't realize what they meant to me. I was going thru hard times while facing a circumstance, and they were there for me, helping me more than they realized. I WILL ONLY SHOP HOME SOURCE...

The owner and his son couldn’t be more rude. I spent thousands on flooring, they over ordered my hard flooring and I got stuck with it. They over ordered $6,000 worth that I was stuck with. The carpet that was ordered was dropped off in a full roll without being cut, it was dropped off in a wet lawn. It was so heavy and large that it couldn’t be moved. When I called to ask if they could reload it, I was told “that isn’t our problem, figure it out”. I had my contractors and neighbors all help and we had to slowly slide it back into a box truck. There was also a warranty on some of the hard flooring which they never submitted and I was told that wasn’t their problem. I was also hung up on several times when I asked a question that they didn’t have a lie for it. My best advice is, avoid this place at all cost, unless you...
