Bomgaars — Local services in Spearfish

We bought a zero turn riding lawn mower from Bomgaars. We were having trouble starting the machine. The manager and his employee came out and explained the extra safety feature that we couldn't figure out.

We also bought a push weed eater. Love the machine, but something went wrong whether it was the machine or our fault, I don't know. They took it back and refunded the money. Yes, I did have to show my driver's license, but that has become an extra safety feature for us as well as was explained to me from a totally different store's manager.

It’s a wonderful store. Well stocked, prices seem reasonable. Their fall candles are nice too. Nice clothing for men and women. Only complaint in the one cashier up front with reddish brown hair and glasses. She is one of the most unpleasant people I have ever come across. Doesn’t smile or ask you how your day is going ever. Every time I’ve been here I get this woman & she never becomes friendlier. Seems like she’d enjoy a job at a place...

Rude sales people who are more interested in talking about their work schedule. Asked about inventory in the back and the sales person shook her head before I could finish the request. Always out of stock and no one around to help you. Can't tell you how many times I've carried out 40 lb bag of dog food on my own with no help offered. Lost another...
