Tacos & Tequila on Main — Restaurant in Speedway

Ordered from Uber Eats. Uber was great. This place not so much. First they didn’t secure the lid on the soup and when I went to remove from bag it fell and everything fell out. Then I ordered taco with flour tortilla, they gave corn. Off their Uber eats menu they have rice and queso as option to add for fee…it was not included and I was charged for it. The portions for the soups were ridiculous for the price as was the Horchata priced too high for the size you get, which 1/2 of it was ice.

When I called to voice my complaint I was met with an extremely rude lady. First she said the price for the rice and queso was wrong, to which I said well that is what you have listed. In any case you still charged me and did not provide the items. I asked to be refunded for the items not sent and for the soup that THEY poorly packaged. She said I can come get a refund. I said that’s not how it works. Then she said call back Tues when a manager is there. I said who is the manager and she played dumb like she didn’t know or understand me. I said let me speak with someone else and she said she’s busy and hung up. I called back and again asked who was the manager and she said “ I’m new I don’t know” so I again asked to speak with someone else and AGAIN SHE HUNG UP ON ME. I’m rating them 2 because I’ve been here over 10 times and I have had awful service 8/10 times. There’s a waitress here named Amy or something of the sorts that is so rude. I brought my sister here for the first time the other day and the whole restaurant was gross. Tables dirty, etc. Which I disregarded because sometimes places get busy and it’s hard to keep up. Although Amy rang us up & filled our drinks up half way. Didn’t have straws. Overcharged us from what the menu said. When we asked to speak with a manager G was super nice gave us a free lunch so he didn’t lose me as a client. Amy fought with G right in front of us. Well today I went in for my free lunch and once again Amy failed to give me good service. She was talking about how bad their drinks were and complained I had a free lunch. When she saw my coupon she was so rude. She asked if I wanted salsa which to my knowledge every meal comes with it automatically. I asked about their punch card and she said “ugh every 9 punches counts for 9$” i was like that’s so cool does it expire and she goes “when we do” I will not be returning to this place of business. Loved this place! Went for drinks, snacks, and much needed catching-up! Very vast and fun margarita choices...I choose 'Diablo' flavor... Delicious! Now, I ordered 2 and they tasted very different. But, both very yummy. I ordered tacos, as did my compadre and they were very tasty. My only suggestion would be a wider range of sauces. The gaps between the ones available are too wide I think; And, the tacos need a little bit of a wet component. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We went at a lacksidasical time, but I liked the ambience. We only shared the room with 1 other party,, but I'n sure this place gets packed during peak times. Tables seem a bit squished, so I'm not sure how it would be to dine in when super busy. I've carried out food from here a few times, through a delivery service and it's been among very few who have really been delicious with a delivery serviced. Definitely deserves mention!
