This was the worst experience ever. My husband ordered grilled chicken nachos with beef and beans on it. He asked for there to be no vegetables on his nachos. he said no lettuce no tomato no veggies and no sour cream. The nachos came out very fast and had onions in them. We told the waiter we did not want onions on his nachos and he said well that’s how you order it I can’t do anything about it. He walks away then comes back after he sees my husband picking out the onions saying he can change it for him. Once my husband got the correct order the waiter then stands over my husband and lectured him on how to order his food correctly next time. my husband was trying eat but he would not stop lecturing him. I walked inside to order a take out lunch on 6/2/2025 in Spencer Indiana. I placed my order for Polo Con Queso with chicken and cheese ONLY. I didn’t want any of the sides, rice, tortillas ect. (I got home and wouldn’t you know…. No cheese! So I went back to get some as I definitely didn’t want just plain chicken!) Anyway, I used my cash app card and the order total was $15.62 which is what instantly popped up as a transaction via text on my card. The next day I get a text saying my order was updated to $21.24 TO INCLUDE TIP!!! I didn’t leave a tip as I felt it was a walk in/take out and I was paying FULL price for just the chicken! We hadnt eaten there in months due to my husband getting food poisoning the last time we went but we decided to give it a go again tonight. The food was good overall but there was several things that were upsetting; when our food arrived they had forgotten to even put in the order for my 1 yr olds meal so hers arrived once everyone is almost finished. Then we never received any refills or an offer to. I can only assume this is because our waiter and several other employees were in the kitchen drinking and getting into altercations. Two employees were into an argument and another employee even had to step in to separate them (all in the kitchen but in plain view of the dining area). It was obvious that some were intoxicated.
