The staff are beyond friendly and go out of their way for customers. I have a gluten allergy and I’ve never got sick from eating here! Me and my sister go here every Friday for our front porch picnic. The staff know us by name and always great us with a smile. They offer a wide variety of baked goods. as well as supporting other local small business by allowing their sales as well. Sweet escape changed my life. I can’t remember the last time I had a gluten free baked anything that I liked and didn’t get sick from unless I made it.

Was the Grand Opening.. it was packed the whole time we were there looking & they were running out of things to sell.. We bought a Chocolate chip Cookie that was best I've ever had!! Very nice place and cute .. I loved it and so did my cousin!! Highly recommend you check this place out!!

Sweet Escape is just as fun as it sounds! I got to meet one of the owners, and she was wonderful. Their jumbo cookies looked AMAZING (I wanted to try every single one), and I love how they feature local products—everything from fresh mushrooms to handmade jewelry. Yummy, yummy, yummy!

I was so happy that this bakery opened in Spencer Indiana! The items they make are really delicious and the owners are so friendly. I probably shop there more than I should, but I love everything they make. They also do custom orders which always look amazing. I highly recommend Sweet Escape...
