Casey's Place — Restaurant in Spokane Valley

I would definitely read before ordering, it was HORRIBLE!!!! I ordered the bacon and spinach salad and paid 1.75 extra for a little side of extra (that means more than whats on it, thats what the menu said) dressing. They gave it to me with no dressing on it and so it was cold. The bacon dressing is what wilts the spinach. It changes the flavor DRAMATICALLY and it sucked! Plus they got an extra fee for giving me dressing that should have been on it. We also ordered 2 sandwiches. 1/2 of the Cali and 1/2 Turkey, Avocado, provolone. They both were basically bread and the Avocado is that smashed, nasty stuff thats basically a fake avocado spread. Oh and the soup! Ordered a BOWL of the Barley and Vegetable soup. It was broth that had no flavor and left behind an oil. It had no barley, im not kidding. It did have 4-5 cornels of corn, a couple green beans, and i think it was a piece of celery lol. I do these reviews because I am so tired of blowing 60$ on food and throwing half of it out, adding to it to make it tolerable, or re-ordering somewhere else because I am still hungry. It’s upsetting that businesses dont stand behind their products anymore! Hopefully this SAVED someone $60, I wish someone would have told me! Horrible!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I ate lunch here with a couple of friends. We all really liked it. It had a nice sitting area with comfortable chairs. It was clean and not loud. You go up to the counter and order then find somewhere to sit or you can take it to go. They give you a number to take with you and they'll bring your food to your table. The food was very good also! The sandwich was great. All the ingredients tasted fresh and nice. The bread was really soft even after having a nice outside toast. I could eat one of their sandwiches everyday! I also got the Loaded Potatoe Soup and it was tasty. It had a nice amount of bacon and cheese and I would order it again. I also found a heart shaped potato in my Soup and it really made my day, so cute. Also the fountain drink soda was just right it tasted fresh and just the right amount of carbonation which not all restaurants can get right. This is definitely a nice smaller place to go eat at. I didn't eat here but I picked up two orders at once through post mates. The food seemed good and the ladies were very nice and helpful. The older gentleman, however, was pretty rude. He didn't understand how to find one of the orders I was picking up and seemed annoyed with the delivery service in general. A waitress nearby was quick to help him and to notify me how long until my second order was going to be ready. The man asked her and me together if it needed to be paid for and at the same time she said no and I said it already was. He snapped back at me and said "NO. It is NOT paid for. They pay us later". Okay, well according to my driver app it says I do not have to pay for it and that's all that mattered in regard to his question. No need to be so rude. I deny picking up any orders from...
