I wanted to let you know about the HORRIBLE service my family received today. #1 - we only had a 5 min wait to be seated so we came when there was no rush or huge line. We waited about 10 minutes to order, not a huge deal - then we waited almost AN HOUR to get our food. We watched tables turn, new people get sat and GET THEIR FOOD before us. Then to make matters worse, our server who WASNT the one who brought us our food, walked by and said "I see your food found you" and walked off and didn't come back to our table again. With our plates empty and ice waters empty my husband got fed up and said we are done and I got up and paid the bill. The gal who ran my card asked how the food was. I said fine but the service was horrible. She just said "sorry" and didn't even ask. So I proceeded to tell her why. She just said "sorry" again and gave me the receipt. Now.... let me tell you. I am a server in the industry. I ALWAYS try to tip. Our server earned ZERO. AND.... to make matters worse... it's Mother's Day and the last breakfast I will have with my son for a long time as he's leaving tonight, shipping out for the Army tomorrow. Very disappointing.

Crepes were super tasty. Wish they used real raspberries, as the doughnut filling they do use hurts my teeth, but they were delicious none-the-less. The one thing I didn't find appealing (though I'm sure plenty is people would see this as a good thing) was the blatant religious pushiness all over. Faith radio coming from the speakers. Scripture/religious propaganda all over the walls. Server was discussing what sounded to be times for faith groups that were happening either with people who frequent there or possibly at the restaurant. Not a big deal considering the food was killer, quite inexpensive, and my server was timely and very polite. Didn't see any reviews addressing the heavy amount of religious propaganda though so I think it's only fair to mention so it's not a surprise to newcomers. TL;DR - Good food, affordable, great service, and lots and lots of religious nonesense.

The whole breakfast was a comedy of errors. Never ever going back. I ordered the large omelette. What I received was apparently a half cup of filling dumped into a two egg omelette. apparently it had been sitting under the warming lights about 15 minutes because the cheese was no longer melted and the eggs were cold. After one bite I put my plate aside. My companion ordered the small omelette and received a large omelette. The server did take my meal off the ticket. That being said 20 bucks plus tip for an omelet and a cup of coffee is not worth my money. The service seemed nice enough at first but was inconsistent. The place wasn't crowded so I don't know why this was such a poor experience. Definitely not a breakfast date worthy place. I'd rather go hungry..... And I did.... NEVER GOING BACK. And I will never recommend this place.

First off: This place is incredibly rude to your delivery and doordash drivers. For this alone, I wish I could rate no stars. There is no reason for them to be so rude to people doing their job and helping the resturaunt's bottom line. I'm not going to waste too much time on details, but know that a lot of local dashers really hate management here. I, myself, being one of them. I have a personal rule of not taking any more orders from them. The number of times I've seen them be rude and demeaning to drivers is just crazy to me. I'm honestly surprised doordash and uber eats hasn't cut ties with this place yet. But more restaurants are good for doordash's bottom line, so eh. Even as a customer I had been treated rude and ignored multiple times. Guess it's just something about my face?

Second: Having been to Jenny's multiple times before being a dasher, and after, I can say with honesty that the food really isn't amazing. Breakfast food is kind of hard to really wow people with on a good day, though some places achieve it. Jenny's doesn't really succeed in this arena. A good example of this is eggs, I prefer mine soft scrambled, and every time I have received them, they have been overdone. The cooks dont put much attention into what they make as the vast majority of the customer base orders similar items in similar ways. Food will often sit in the window for far too long. They seem to be quick with doordash orders, though. So that's a plus. Many times, food will be received cold due to the window waits.

Lastly: The customer base here is obvious. Take a step inside at breakfast time of most any day to find that customers here tend to be of the older generations. Comforting to have a routine and receive the same old thing. Which is why this place will never change.

Honestly, if you love this place, great, do you and enjoy, but if you are debating, I highly suggest elsewhere. Save you and your dasher the disappointment of...

You know I have had a complaint or two about a place before, but this one definitely takes the cake. Their prices were high. My husband didn't know the coffee was about $4 each. My husband ordered chicken fried steak that came with sausage gravy and I ordered a chicken omelet that came with sausage gravy and biscuits the total bill for it was over $36 plus tax and tip. But the really bad part was the taste of the sausage gravy. It was orange in color and didn't taste anything like sausage gravy. It tasted like old cooking grease and whatever the meat was is anyones guess. Totally gross and I've never said that about any food that I've ever had out before. I couldn't eat it. My husband said the same thing about it. I think they forgot to add cheese to my omelet. Tasted very dry and I couldn't keep anything on the fork unless I separately poked it on with the fork. My husband wasn't sure what kind of meat they used for his chicken fried steak but it was a nice large piece a meat but nothing like any chicken fried steak he has ever had. We both agree never again. I hope if they read this they will go check and find out what real sausage gravy is and also chicken fried steak. Sad thing is we went there because it was rated for stars and we find that most small cafes do a great job with great prices. I'm really sad to be having to post...

I ordered ahead for pickup because on a Saturday, any diner will be busy. First thing that should've warned me about my experience is that when I called, the woman who answered replied to my pick up request with, "sure let me get a waitress for you". ??? Never, even with 1st day trainees, have I experienced a restaurant employee just... not take an order??? When coming to pick up our food my husband was told that it'd take another minute and pointed to what was our "incomplete" stack. 10 minutes later, the stack looked the same. It turns out our food was ready and sitting on there to-go shelf for the entire time. When I went to pay for it they tried to charge another drink that I never ordered and when I asked why there was another cup, I was told it was hollandaise. Another confusion because we NEVER ordered anything with Holly sauce. Whatever. I didn't care at this point (it turned out to be a fruit cup?). Then what prompted me to write this review was because when we got home half of our order was wrong or missing. The burger my husband ordered was wet (the buns), cold, and bland. I just received a text that he's sitting on the toilet. Maybe it was a bad day but the whole thing was super confusing and not...
